This is unfortunately my least favourite Starbucks to come to . I ordered in-store and it wasn't very busy but, it took over 10 minutes to get my drink. The gentleman that worked there this morning 5/29 is really unfriendly.

Hey so the guy that served me today was sort of a b-word 0_0. Otherwise this place rules. Fast and nice! Today though.. I just wanted to know the calories in the salted caramel cold brew and he said well hang on I need to google it. Which I of course could do and the way he said that insinuated I could. I just said “oh I’m sorry I could have! I just see the cals next to some drinks-“ he cut me off and said “YEAH I dont have a menu on meeeeeyah.” I said okay gotchu! I’ll go ahead and do the cold brew with salted foam on top-“ he cut me off again.. “YEAH it comes with it on top.”
Context: The time I came I ended up getting salted Carmel flavored cold brew so wanted to be sure but I didn’t say that to him, I just said okay gotchu thank you. Then left. I know it’s a big review. But maybe they will see this and he won’t be so rude next time 🥲

My first Grilled Sour Dough Toasted Cheese Sandwich Was the BEST IN IOWA, NO JOKE!!! I WENT THROUGH DRIVE - THRU And they was fast and helpful ..SOOOO GOOD OF COFFEE N SANDWICH MMMMMMM☀️☀️?☕?☀️☀️

Only went in for a couple gift cards. Employees were very helpful and atmosphere was great too.
I work really close to this Starbucks. So, it is a convenient treat. Unfortunately, I often leave the drive thru with a less than mediocre coffee drink. I don’t understand how it can taste so different from other Starbucks? This visit I decided to go back in and ask the staff to remake my drink. It didn’t taste good and it didn’t taste anything like the brûlée I get from other locations. They gladly remade it. Thank you for that. However, it was equally disappointing. These drinks are expensive to end up tossing out or doctoring when I get home. Truly disappointed and feel like I waisted my money and time.

Still don't understand how the letters are supposed to work at the pickup counter. Super loud environment, can't hear the staff call out names or hear people at our table talking. Order wasn't correct again and service is typically mediocre at this location.

This wait time is completely ridiculous. The drive through line is entirely too long. I had mobile pick up order at 9:35, it is now 10:09 and there are still 3 cars in front of me. This is not a convenience and there is no way to get out of line once you’re in. Ridiculous.
