I did mobile carry out and it took over 20 minutes. I came in today and I was. I were walking out this morning. They asked if I said thank you in a disrespectful way. Yes I did say thank you and they always take so long. It’s gross in there they’re rude. They’re disrespectful. The reason they probably get paid bad is cause I don’t tip they need to work on time management skills and people not stealing drinks.

Waited 15 minutes for my drink that was supposed to be done 10 minutes ago . I never got it . Watched as other people who ordered after me get theirs . I went to and asked for a refund . I asked why I haven’t gotten my drink yet and they just said “ they were busy “. With 2 cars in drive thru and two other customers inside . I’ve seen it WAY busier . I asked the barista is she had an order for me ready yet and she said “ working on it “ but she was in fact not working on it . I won’t be coming back to this location .

As you can see from previous reviews this is easily one of the least desirable locations for others and myself as well. Morning shift this morning was super snarky, short and displayed being annoyed when asked about a charge in the order (Extra Base is now $1 more) and for a cup of ice.
If you don’t enjoy your job then find something else to do w your time.

The staff is always welcoming and helpful. Their coffee drinks are spot on as well! We have gotten carry-out as well as eaten inside and the area is always clean and inviting.

This is unfortunately my least favourite Starbucks to come to . I ordered in-store and it wasn't very busy but, it took over 10 minutes to get my drink. The gentleman that worked there this morning 5/29 is really unfriendly.
Hey so the guy that served me today was sort of a b-word 0_0. Otherwise this place rules. Fast and nice! Today though.. I just wanted to know the calories in the salted caramel cold brew and he said well hang on I need to google it. Which I of course could do and the way he said that insinuated I could. I just said “oh I’m sorry I could have! I just see the cals next to some drinks-“ he cut me off and said “YEAH I dont have a menu on meeeeeyah.” I said okay gotchu! I’ll go ahead and do the cold brew with salted foam on top-“ he cut me off again.. “YEAH it comes with it on top.”
Context: The time I came I ended up getting salted Carmel flavored cold brew so wanted to be sure but I didn’t say that to him, I just said okay gotchu thank you. Then left. I know it’s a big review. But maybe they will see this and he won’t be so rude next time 🥲

My first Grilled Sour Dough Toasted Cheese Sandwich Was the BEST IN IOWA, NO JOKE!!! I WENT THROUGH DRIVE - THRU And they was fast and helpful ..SOOOO GOOD OF COFFEE N SANDWICH MMMMMMM☀️☀️?☕?☀️☀️
