Workers and management have an attitude, I called and was hung up on multiple times when I went up there to see why, I was faced with snide words and an attitude, and don’t you dare ask for a job cause the manager will make it very clear how unwanted you are and speak to you like a toddler

Came in tonight and let me just say it was the best sandwiches me and my boyfriend have ever had, they knew what I meant by extra ranch! We had an issue with no doordashers coming to pick up our order and they answered the phone promptly and politely. Delicious! 🫶🏻

It was good. Subway always seems to be universally the same in my opinion. Which I like cause I can count on it. Plus they send out amazing coupons every week with the penny saver.

There’s literally no one attending the store for atleast 20 minutes this is completely unacceptable for any store period and can be very dangerous, employee Ben was supposed to be in here according to employee that came in on his day off, props to this guy.

Walked in waited for about 5 minutes and absolutely no one would help me idk if this is just a sham franchise location or what but if you can't get the food why go?

Well, I come in and this lady is appearing to train this young man in the back room, but I can see them right past the door. Then he happens to see me and the lady comes out and grab some gloves and says what can I get you I said are you gonna wash your hands and she said I washed them back there so if I didn't see him, you didn't wash them And I said there's a sink back there and she said yeah they're there in the dishwasher and so I can see you right there at the corner of the door you didn't wash your hands. She washed her hands and she said what can I get you? I said Subway used to be so big on washing their hands and now they've let their standard slack off and she's rude and says what can I get you and I gave her my sandwich order and she wouldn't very kind after that. And then had the audacity to ask for a tip You don't get paid for doing your job and I had to tell you to do your job Wash your hands. Before you touch the gloves, cause your hands are dirty then you touch the gloves and you're supposed to wash your hands or the customer could see it not in the back room, but you didn't do because I could see you. And this happened like 10 minutes ago, maybe 15

Called out Marion Iowa Store after trying to complete the foot-long Bogo sale. My payment method wouldn’t go through so I called the local store to find out what was going on only to be told by the district manager That not only are they not trained on the online orders they are not trained in the third Party company that handles the online orders so despite the money being taken out of my account, the district manager was no help and had no sandwiches for me. Subway needs to fix this. They need to train their “ Managers“ in all aspects of subway purchases in person and online I am supremely disappointed and will reporting this so-called district manager

We ordered online and they didn’t have cookies My steak and cheese sandwich was cold I ordered extra meat and really didn’t get any meat. It was just disappointing.
