This Taco bell used to be good. Always right orders, always fresh. Always fast. The last 2 times have been a train wreck. First time I got someone else's order entirely but it had my receipt on it. This time, I ordered 3 stackers, y'know, beef shredded cheese and nacho cheese, one of the simplest items available, and they had no beef. None at all. And barely any cheese. It was essentially a tortilla with a light cheese glaze. I'd highly recommend taking your hunger elsewhere. Across the street is a much better taco place, and another 2 just down 1st ave. I don't know what changed to drop the quality of this establishment but it is truly bottom tier now. I will not go here anymore.

The Dream Family Tour

Came in to pick up order one Crunchwrap supreme he said I got you right now then he made someone else’s order then then ended up didn’t start it waited 15 minutes before he started it then he burnt it then had to remake it worst service if they would stop playing around and do they job unprofessional

Watched one guy work while two guys talked to people/ on the phone/ stared off into space while he tried to do everything. Abysmal wait times. They loudly stated they are ignoring DoorDash orders in a very full lobby. Order was wrong and they tried to rectify it but it was like pulling teeth getting someone to answer besides the one working guy. Absolutely terrible team working at a snails pace. Actually enough to make us done with Taco Bell.

This Taco Bell can be very hit and miss. You'll either get good or terrible service. One time I ordered a brrakfast quesidia. They told me after they made it and bagged it saying they were out of the jalepano sauce and walked away. The one on 1st Ave next to the Alliant Powerhouse is the best one in town.

Disgusting people ordered online and a so called manager said we verify your order at the store so why you charge my cc and then when I drove there said no soft shell tacos? How he know if he can only verify at the store? Then said cant cancel your order and you have to via app when I ordered it online. Then said your cance your order will take 7-10 days to get back to your cc? What is the point of a pickup if it is not ready when you get there? On the website it said 5-10 minutes could they not have called or emailed?

I like when I go to a store for order pick up and it's all ready all the time. Any time a go there, order is ready to go. I don't have to waste time waiting. Time is money 😀

Past two times I’ve been there staff taking the order were rude, and something was wrong with my order. I ordered no tomato one day and got extra, and I ordered a bacon quesadilla for breakfast and got sausage and the nacho fries weren’t seasoned at all, had very little seasoning. The workers are rude and shouldn’t be working if they can’t get orders right or be kind to customers.
