Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Smoothie was good! However, the grown man behind the counter (I'm going to assume it was a lead) negatively commented on my tattoos, saying I should stay out of a tattoo shop, as I was walking out the door, which was not cool! :) I did turn around and let him know I will not be doing that because taking the advice of strangers working at a fastfood place is not normally how I make decisions about my life. Commenting on customers bodies is a great way for me to never come back. Sincerely written, as a tattoo artist.

Bad service didn't acknowledge us till the end we ordered 2 stitch drinks they were not ever the right color it was crazy smh

This location is literally ran by teenagers who have no idea what they are doing. If you go through the drive through, you can count on waiting at least 10 minutes for a smoothie even if its not busy. Last time I went there was a girl sitting on the floor right in front of the food prep station on her phone while one person was working. Yall need to get some real management in this store, the one on edgewood is significantly more efficient.

I asked for an Acai bowl with all the fruit. I was handed a bag with this. My bowl was supposed to have blueberry,strawberry, and coconut. I was already home by the time I looked in the bag. Wish it had the fruit for what it cost.

Clean, good smoothies. Not overly personable though.

The employees are very welcoming and considerate, whether or not you have been there before they give you recommendations, which is great because I’m very indecisive and love when I can get some help, Other than that, very fast service and good food

Went through the drive thru. I didn’t like how they don’t come to the window until the smoothies were ready. So you pull up and then just wait for like 5 mins until it’s ready. The have tap pay tho which is convenient. I got the sunrise sunset. It's quite good! very smooth. I was a little surprised at the prices at first but it’s a massive smoothie!

Fruit smoothies could have more flavor than they do. The peanut butter ones are really good. Wraps a bit small so might want to order several.
