I’ve had many good experiences at Villas but my last two times have been pretty awful. Last night, I was there with 4 others and 2 of us didn’t get the correct thing that we ordered. We also had ordered a small queso when we sat down that never came. When we asked for it, they brought it but brought a large one. I assumed this was a way to apologize for it being late but nope, got charged for a large that we didn’t order. Waiter didn’t come back to ask about drinks, etc. We had to ask another waiter for boxes and our bill. Overall a really bad experience

The service is horrible here tonight and I would not recommend it for you do you have to wait for 20 minutes to get food service and a drink order
I really like their food. It's always hot and delicious. The service is great and they come and ask if everything is good. I high recommend this restaurant.

My kids took me out to dinner for my birthday. The food was ok but the margaritas didnt taste like a margarita. It was like there was no alcohol in it and tasted like the strawberries were bad. Totally disappointed.
