This is my go to breakfast spot, i usually just order for myself since it’s close to work. This time I ordered to go for the family. 3 orders of the eggs, bacon, toast, and home fries with queso ON the home fries. Asked for over easy eggs and got fried hard eggs, the toast was burnt, and they put the queso on the side instead of on it, which would be fine but they specifically asked and did the opposite. The home fries weren’t cooked long enough and were cold and soggy. West end is usually pretty busy so I would understand somewhat if that was the case this time but they weren’t busy at all when I was there and had my order done very quickly, probably a little too quickly this time unfortunately.

I ordered an iced macchiato and was given a hot one instead. When I came back inside to explain the mistake, the barista was extremely rude and dismissive, telling me it had been rung up as a hot drink and that I’d have to pay again if I wanted what I originally ordered. Accidents happen, but there’s no excuse for such an unhelpful attitude—especially when the mistake wasn’t mine. She was so unhelpful— all for a little mixup.

Great spot. Staff was friendly and made me feel at home. I had a cranberry pecan salad with chicken, which was delicious. Enjoyed the atmosphere as well - cool art and casual. Seems like a place where people come to gather with friends and enjoy good food and conversation.

My husband and I go to West End a few times per month and always enjoy it. But lately not as much, which is really sad as it is one of our go-to places. We usually split a wrap, specifically the Chicken Caeser wrap. We ordered one yesterday and there was maybe 5 little pieces of chicken in the entire wrap. Otherwise it was all lettuce. Probably will not get this wrap again as this has happened a few times. The main thing that we are disappointed with is being told at 1pm (one hour before closing on Sundays) that they no longer serve any drinks with espresso in it. That's more than half the drink menu. I understand being told no like 15 minutes before closing, but an hour seems excessive. I know that the espresso machine needs to be cleaned, but that seems like something that can be done closer to closing time and an adjustment in time management.

What a truly fun, unique place to eat! In addition to excellent food, staff was nice, helpful, and fast. We felt like we were eating in a big city diner, it was so unique and pleasant.
Ordered BLTA for lunch. Very disappointed. Lettuce was not fresh, only about three slices of very small tomato, avocado was good and the bacon crisp but greasy(not drained). For the price not good at all. Will not order from them again.

Love this place. Reasonable prices. Great outdoor seating to enjoy the meal. Friendly and attentive servers. It all keeps me returning here. There is usually a big lunch crowd, so I don't think I am alone in my opinion.
