Food is good, but it feels really cramped. The flow isn't great, if you've never been here before it's hard to know how you are supposed to order.
Kid-friendliness: I would not take my kids here. There aren't a whole lot of kid friendly options and would be difficult to move around with them

I’ve been here twice so far and love the food. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich and Mac n cheese while my mom tried the Rachel sandwich with chicken and wild rice soup. I’ve also had the turkey club with their kettle chips and a lemonade. Everything was delicious and high quality. I love the shops they have on site, as we shopped after we ate. They have indoor and outdoor seating with a good amount of space. It’s a great area to visit. I will be back soon to try more! Highly recommend!
Parking: They have some parking spots behind the building, as well as street parking around.

I was surprised by the lovely outdoor eating area when we arrived. After going inside to place our order, we went back outside to choose our seats, although there were plenty of seats inside. We did not wait long to receive lunch. I had The Garden sandwich, chips, and extra dill sauce. Perfect! Everytime!

This place is so darn cute inside, very homey. They've got a huge patio for outdoor seating as well. The food is phenomenal! Prices are very good for the quality. I think everything is homemade..? It sure seems like it. The staff is delightful and kind. (Tip them when you order at the counter, they serve and clear tables.) On certain days a few shops on the property are open too. I visit this place every time I'm in town. 💜
When it's a beautiful day out and you don't want to make breakfast, lunch, or brunch, West End is a great place to drop by! The coffee, breakfast items, and sandwiches are great. Vibes are great. It's collection of small shops is great.
It's a nice start to a slow relaxing day.

It’s a very unique experience to have gotten to eat here. The place is charming and warm. The set up is very different from a usual restaurant as you don’t have a server. But the service we did receive was amazing. The food is exactly what it describes in the menu. The flavors were to die for. I highly recommend the jelly! It’s not spicy. This place did not disappoint. The coffee was very good as well! Thank you.

Edit to add: West End closes at 1:30pm not 2pm. I called to get a chicken salad sandwhich to go today. They decided the kitchen was closed while I was on the phone. I'm done trying with West End. I found a coffee shop that actually serves until 2pm. Disappointed that I drove across town for a latte and they shut their espresso machine down 30min before closing time. As a barista you always leave one portafilter in until close. Otherwise I love their food just disappointed. I got a latte elsewhere.
