I usually love this place I drive 45+ mins to get here. Tried to redeem my birthday drink on 1/31/26 before it expired. I was informed it was no longer active in my account. I then purchased a drink and tipped the crew. Checked my email the following day to see I in fact did have one active. It didn’t expire until 2/1/26. I asked if it could be reinstated & customer service was very rude then eventually said no! Not happy with staff but my drink was good! Not sure if I’ll return.

Great coffee, but awful management. I’ve witnessed managers yelling at employees who are TEENAGERS! and rushing them just to close faster. It’s uncomfortable and unprofessional. If you have time to yell, you have time to help. Customers are willing to wait. Treat your staff better.
