Went thru the drive thru, lots of snow and slush. Doubt it's been plowed since the last dumping of snow. The gal at the window said all the friendly service words but very clearly wasn't feeling it today. The food...I had a rodeo burger and value fry. Hot, fresh and tasty and only $5. I would definitely do it again.

In the last 2 weeks I have been ttheyhere 3 times, first time I had a girl that left, so she didn't have to deal with a customer, 2nd was drive thru and ordered my 3 for $7 with cheese and onion rings, was told they had no onion rings and didn't get cheese, last night went to order the 3 for $7 and no fryers so I settled for McDonald's
The employees were great and the food typical BK. The play area desperately needs an update and good cleaning. The high chair was sticky.

It's kind of funny how they have two people working there and they did something else and no one was in the kitchen place or the front place where you pay one worker showed up late and I don't know where the boss is but they don't know their codes for workplaces because the side door was not locked

Sat at the drive through for over 20 min at the Marshalltown location. This isn't the 1st time. Thought I would give them another chance, but this will be my last visit here. This is the worst service. So much for being fast food.
