It's kind of funny how they have two people working there and they did something else and no one was in the kitchen place or the front place where you pay one worker showed up late and I don't know where the boss is but they don't know their codes for workplaces because the side door was not locked

Sat at the drive through speaker for almost ten minutes before I was even acknowledged and sat another fifteen minutes behind one car. This doesn't just happen once. It's every single time. I don't even fo here alot but when I'm in town I like to stop by but it's almost not even worth it. Food is good but takes way to long to get service and even longer (from drive through) to get food.

I ordered online and picked up in the drive through for lunch during work and it was a typical burger king experience. I got everything, but the whopper that I ordered with bacon and cheese was suspiciously missing the cheese. Typical of burger king. At least the food was hot and tasted as burger king should. I may be back, and if I am, I will plan on something being not as ordered since this is apparently the king's way.

Location is good and that's about it. The hamburgers have changed, the whopper didn't taste like beef and it was spongy. BK here in marshalltown has declined and I won't be back it was so bad. I worked at this location when I was 16, my kids grew up eating at BK most Saturdays and so I am very saddened that the food has gone so bad.
Parking: It's gotten so bad here that there was only 2 cars in this huge lot food is bad no one was there at 6pm dinner rush. Please fix or you will be closed and BK is an icon

I waited in the DRIVE THROUGH (Marshalltown, IA)for 22 MINUTES 10/19, 22:22pm. I had only ordered a whopper jr. I had to be somewhere at 1:00, so I had to go without the sandwich as I no longer had time to eat it. This happens often. As such, I will not be back

I had recently visited this place! Let me tell you, the turn around is more then to be expected! The place has been cleaned up, employees seem more happy, and the service is on point. Unlike another place I will not name they assist you promptly and are helpful! A++!! Great turn around, keep up the great work!!
