Employees don’t know how to take orders in the drive through, consistently asking if thats it while clearly still ordering, and trying to assume what Im ordering without letting me finish

The incompetent employees couldn't make a Burger and fries in less than 15 minutes minutes when it wasn't even busy at 4 pm. Had to leave so I wouldn't be late on my lunch break. Paid 20 dollars just for a medium dr pepper.

Can you please give us what we ordered when we go through the drive thru? Seriously….every single time…..
And your staff needs to attend the hospitality class offered by the chamber. “Is that it?” “Is that it?” …..that’s how you taught them to speak to customers in the drive through? I will tell you when THATS IT, so stop saying it after every item we order.

It’s terrible how the so called “manager” treated a little disabled girl terribly and to publicly shame them is so uncalled for. Ruben was the managers name, he needs to be checked and talked to for doing that to someone who doesn’t understand like everyone else. Sick behavior.

We stopped at here after an ISU home game and we were not the only ones. Even with the business, we were served quickly and food was great. Sourdough melt was good, but would have been better as a double. The Cinnamon Toast Crunch concrete mixer was good, but was not mixed well and there were no mix-in’s in the bottom half of the cup.

The food is always good. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten my order wrong either which should be normal but at other places that’s not the case. You usually pull over to wait for your food but that’s because it’s made fresh and you’re really not waiting that long. They also run promotions to support local programs. Give them a try!
Nice food, fries were crispy, and building is nicely air conditioned.
We hit up Culver’s for some late-night snacks because it was basically next door to our hotel ....like, “you could throw a fry and hit it” close. Naturally, we walked. Exercise and custard? Balance
Night one was... an experience. We waited a solid 30 minutes, slowly questioning our life choices and wondering if our food had entered the witness protection program. Turns out, they gave our order to someone else ....hopefully someone who appreciated it as much as we would’ve. They were super nice about it and remade everything, but our fries probably lived a whole other life before we got them.
Night two? Redemption. No mix-ups, no confusion, just smooth custard and fast service. Honestly felt like we’d graduated from rookie snackers to seasoned Culver’s pros.
We went there on New Years Eve, was told the lobby was closed even though they weren't closing for another 15 minutes. None of the employees were friendly or smiling at all. You could tell they just wanted to get out of there. And to top it off, they gave me the butt ends of the bread on my expensive sandwich. Terrible experience overall.

Went to culvers tonight to wait for our food for 20 minutes while listening to a manager yell at the employees, then when we finally got our food I had ordered a second chicken for my salad which it even said on the receipt “xtra spicy crisp Chx” but since the employee didn’t ring it in correctly and didn’t charge me for it that was my fault?(Staff definitely needs more training) Then a tenderloin another family member had gotten was just terrible and they didn’t even seem to care. Then to top it off the same manager we had to listen to be crude and disrespectful too employees was acting as though we shouldn’t be upset!
