Dairy Queen-North 3rd Avenue

The last few times our blizzards very soft and could be eaten like a shake. Dipped cone I was told was good. We started coming here because in June our blizzards were amazing and the girl serving them actually could tip them upside down and nothing spilled out. Wish they could be that way again. Can't speak for any other icream treats. Have gotten chicken strips on previous occasion and they were bland and greasy. Wasn't giving my dipping sauce after being assured it was in the box.

Ice cream was good, the outdoor seating (only option) was clean and well kept.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the frozen treats.

Ordered a chicken strip basket and a burger.. daughter took one bite of the chicken and said it tasted burnt, it smelled like nasty fryer oil. Burger was so greasy the bun was falling apart. it soaked through the wrapper and the bag onto my seat, threw it all away!!!

One of the best DQ’s I’ve been to in a while food cooked great and more than friendly service will definitely come back to establishment five stars!

Was delicious! But we had 3 small blizzard's and a small lime freezie.$22 dollars and some change. Sorry to complain but, I'm glad we weren't hungry. I know it's not just dairy queen. But both dairy queens in marshalltown are clean well run businesses.

I got a hot n spicy double cheeseburger ? combo with a small cup of vanilla ice cream ? and everything was good except the cheeseburger ? the patties had zero flavor just meat texture really disappointed considering it cost almost 16$ for all of it
