I stopped in this weekend to eat from being on the road . And just have to express how much of a delight it was to chose Diary Queen. There is a young gentleman by the name of Jacob G. And you can tell this kid works hard and does a great job ! I really appreciate the fact that he was presentable, approachable and show cased great customer service ! 10/10 I was was pleased with the atmosphere and the food . 👍👍👍

Stopped in for dinner and dessert and everything was great! The sweet chili chicken strips were hot, crispy, and full of flavor, and of course we couldn’t skip the Blizzards — both were perfect. The place looks clean and well-run, and the new management is off to a great start. The owner even greeted us when we came in, which made it feel extra welcoming. Excited to see this DQ thriving under new ownership!

The fried food was good; it was hot and fresh. The side salad was mostly inedible due to the wilted lettuce and dried out cabbage and carrots. It was hard to find a table that wasn't dirty. Small thing here, but the Ames, IA ranch dip is much better. This ranch dip tasted like some odd generic brand instead of house made.

We ordered a strawberry cheesecake birthday cake for my wife. It was very nicely, decorated and delicious! I’m sure that we will order from them again for some special occasion.
I eat at DQ quite often in many different locations in the Midwest. This one is the worst one. Had the fish sandwich combo with onion rings. The fish was gross and the onion rings weren't crispy like most DQs. Had a dip cone as well and it was short and fat and the cone was soggy so it started falling apart and I had to toss it. Every DQ I've been to has a feedback on the receipt, not this one. Wonder why???Suit yourself but I'll never go back to this one.

I ordered DoorDash and I understand the rush during lunch or really anytime of the day but I still think quality and being aware of your surroundings is a big part of a job like this. My spoon was somehow mistakenly staple inside the bag so when I pulled the bag apart to open it I did not notice the staple was in the spoon. I took a lovely bite of my Oreo blizzard and got a staple in my lip instead. This could’ve been so much worse. Thankfully it wasn’t but I am just in shock.
