I first came to this location for lunch while working in Marshalltown and have been there a couple of dozen times now over the past couple of years. They have excellent service and their quality is higher then I’ve seen anywhere.

The 3 young ladies were working hard! It felt like they were a little understaffed. Line was long, clean environment, friendly faces, and over all my 4 star rating, could had been 5 if it wasn't due to the person handling money and used the same glove to make food. Money has many germs and this may had seemed like a good idea at the time but it wasn't. I hope in future you could change out your gloves and have extra staffing as needed. Thank you.Also, they have claw machine with rubber duckies! Nice touch!
I gave this DQ a 4 star over 3 years ago. I am now editing it to 2 stars. We've been here a few times to get blizzards in the past few months. Not once were they completely blended. It's like they put your topping on the ice cream and blend it into the top 3rd of the cup. The bottom ⅔ is just plain vanilla. Bring it to about 2 weeks ago and we went specifically to get the Pumpkin Pie Blizzard, as it was something we used to always get with my grandma... Save yourself the money!! It was AWFUL! It tasted like someone just dumped a ton of nutmeg on some vanilla ice cream and threw in a few little pieces of plain pie crust as an after thought ??♀️ It used to have chunks of ACTUAL Pumpkin Pie in it. Not anymore. It tastes awful, so definitely don't waste your money on this. Make it at home in your own blender, with the whole pie.

We went through the drive thru. Got our order pretty quick and even an extra cup for my granddaughter's cone in case she couldn't eat it fast enough. Everyone loved what they ordered. The staff has always been nice and friendly when we've gone.

Horrible service and for the last 6 months, went way downhill. Prices darn near tripled - cannot tell the diff between a Julius and a smoothie and will argue on what they made-you order a large Blizzard and they give you a small and argue if the person put small on the ticket then you MUST have told that person a small (of course they have your money by then)--and the Blizzard is so LOOSE you could eat it with a straw---we made a family decision that we will NOT use them again---there is an Ev's Ice Cream on same street - GO there instead----we do, now.

Got a cheeseburger meal combo and the cheeseburger pattie was very thin and smaller than bun. So much biun that you couldn't taste much else. Fries and blizzard great. Service extremely slow dnd prices too high.
