3 times a have been to the marshalltown location. All 3 times I order a French vanilla Cappuccini. And guess what I have still yet to get one from Dunkin. So sad will never order again. Third strike

For a restaurant that is famous for Donuts they never have any!! The fact that the Donuts are thaw and serve but they never have any is mind boggling.. I for one am done with Marshalltowns Dunkin Donuts... Waste of time and money

Dunkin Donuts is where it's at. Love the weekend service at the Marshalltown location. The girls are great. They spoil my dog rotten with generous pup cups when he comes through. The breakfast sandwiches are always hot, delicious and made with care (take a lesson McDonald's). I do app ordering and pick up through the drive through. So convenient. Coffee is superior to Starbucks and Scooter's and the sugar free coffee options are great. Would love for them to offer some sugar free syrups but I can't complain!

Service is entirely hit or miss depending upon who is working. Went today and store isn’t even open at 6 AM. Appears to be a management problem with staffing and expectations.
