Horrible service! And cold food after a 20 minute wait for 3 value meals. Will never go here again. And when I told the lady cashier about the cold fries, she mumbled something and angrily grabbed them and treated me like I was the problem. Never again.

Absolute slowest “fast food” experience I’ve ever had. Waited for 25+ minutes for some burritos and a sandwich, and there were maybe 4-5 other customers max. Food itself was great, but nothing from McDonalds is worth waiting almost a half hour for.

I believe everyone in marshalltown knows how bad McDonald's is and has gotten. They are not consistent about the quality of the food to just plain terrible. They don't put sauces of napkins even when you ask for them. Pricing is garbage for the food you sell. Not good at all.

Double drive thru a joke. While sitting in 2nd drive thru. Orders kept coming up from first drive thru. We never did get anyone to respond on speaker. Left without ordering.

I recommend checking your order before leaving the window. They accommodated us as I did drive through.. combo fry container came half full and happy meal was without the condiment packets we asked. Big Mac taste was like fish tartar sauce and bread (I think the hamburgers are made much thinner than my last McDonald’s drive through experience). Oh any did you know happy meals only come with two small slices of apples now?

I always get coffee from McDonalds. I order 3 cups to fill my thermos. I get 2 refills. Some employee here yells at me to pay for more coffee when I fill my thermos. They have a refill policy, not at this place.

Place is absolutely garbage. The food is always cold and usually made incorrectly. Staff do not care about anything.

The service was bad and it seems the workers were all new and did not know what they were supposed to do to do for a drive through order. Multiple things were missing from a very simple order (2 meals). The Big Mac was falling apart due to the way it was made. The store needs to train its staff better to improve service and quality of food served.

Just left the drive-thru without all our food. Missing 2 cheeseburgers that should have been with our #7. Called twice to talk to someone and no one answered. It’s a shame when you order and don’t get all your food. Got the unsweetened iced tea and the lukewarm fries though, so there is that. Bummer….
