I really like this place, the only thing that never changes is the cleanliness. It is always dirty. They should keep it cleaner because it is a restaurant where food is served. Breakfast time or the busiest times should never be an excuse for cleaning places where food is served. meal.

I rate this place as a high 5 based on my 1st and only experience. We were greeted right away and seated. Our drink order was placed right away. I enjoyed my coffee with creamers that were already available on our table. My friends carbonated drink did not taste right to her, and they willing allowed her to change drinks. I ordered a Chicken Ranchero Salad and a banana nut muffin. This salad is a meal. I was not very hungry, so I took a couple of bites of the various ingredients on the salad plate and asked the waitress to package the remainder of the food for me, which she did. The chicken was marinated in spices and was delicious. I finished the food for breakfast the next day. Everything was still fresh and delicious. ?The waitress was consistently available and attentive to us with a professional attitude and disposition. I enjoyed the experience.

we dined with my friend who is in Hospice and dieing of lung cancer . She wanted to go out to eat to get away from from the hospice facility where everyone was dieing. she wanted to do something "normal" so she could feel normal. We did not feel uncomfortable at all having her accomodated at Perkjns . it was a wonderful exprrience.Wheelchair accessibility: very good

We stopped at Perkins in Marshalltown about 8 tonight. We were nicely greeted and promptly seated. I ordered the Parmesan grilled Prime Rib sandwich with fries. Oh my! What a great sandwich! It is only available on weekends, I would order it whenever I went if it were on the regular menu. You have to try it!
