Delicious, sweet coffee drinks. Recently I have been trying the smoothies, they are relatively cheap and good. I can also always go for the 1$ 3 pack of mini donuts. They just scoot so easily into your mouth. Yum. 😄

I had a really good time here the other day, me and my friend had just gotten off school and I offered to get them a drink and something to eat since we had rehearsal for a musical that night. When we ordered the staff was super nice! They even gave my friend an extra Oreo cake bite because we walked in the pouring rain and we were soaked which was super nice of them! The staff seemed really friendly giving off a good atmosphere! Our drinks and food were also very nice and yummy, I had ordered the Strawberry matcha and mini donuts and my friend had order the Oreo blender and Oreo cake bites, the food was warm and yummy to eat! I definitely recommend this spot! (The photo is when I got to my rehearsal and it was still pretty and yummy!)

I have gone to Scooter's ALOT since they opened. But today will probably be the last. I ordered online which I normally do, but they said they didn't have my order. The guy said to tell them at the window. I did and they said at the window they did not have my order either, but I could order a new one and pay AGAIN. My order was put in yesterday so I have a feeling that might have something to do with the confusion, but if the orders from the previous day do not roll over to the next day I should get an automatic refund. I have my order number and the transaction history on my app and the total has been deducted from my checking account too. So they got their money but have left a dedicated customer without their morning coffee. Extremely disappointed. I have tried on several occasions to call but no one will answer the phone. All I want is a refund since I did not receive my coffee!
I always get my usual blended macha with 2 extra pumps of vanilla and it’s always done fast by the female workers; however, it seems like whenever it’s male staff it slows down. And I often hear the excuse about a female manager who’s been there for a bit not being there to work on time whenever orders are not being made on time.

I use the drive thru and the service is very good. A person stands outside and takes your order. This seems to speed things up in the morning rush. I was behind 6 cars and was through in under 5 minutes.Living the new strawberry lime drink
