I stop at Subway every Sunday on my way home and I had the greatest subway experience this afternoon. I wish I would have gotten the young gentleman’s name who was so helpful and kind. I also wish I could have tipped him more than $5 cash!

The employees are extremely rude. The TONE they give you if you ask for extra of something or ask a simple question. It's pretty bad. And the glass above their sandwich line is NASTY. There's caked on grease spills all down the entire thing. They need to deep clean.

Parking: Next to no parking really, but they're dead all the time so the three spots in front of their store suffice just fine.

Unless you want them to screw up the order (mostly because they were yacking away in espanol with each other instead of doing their jobs) I wouldn't recommend going there.....

We enter the door, as soon as we enter we are prompted to order as they say they will be closing at 8:15 P.M. for who knows what reason despite hours posted saying 9 P.M. is closing. ?

Staff talking in Spanish, having full conversations with each other, while making your food and not listening to you, then asking you several times the same question, because they weren't listening. I feel it is very unprofessional. If I were their manager, I would be embarrassed by their unprofessionalism.
We have been here several times, and it has been this way, each time.
Food is OK, but it is overpriced. Only go with coupons.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME DINING HERE! This was the WORST customer service I think I have ever experienced. Salvatore and other employee were so rude and unprofessional!
We had 2 separate families that walked in together and when the 2nd family went to pay, they refused to honor their coupon. INSANE! Salvatore even called his manager Stephanie and she was just as clueless and rude as he was. I'm not sure who is the franchise owner of the Subway in Marshalltown, IA, but I would be horrified if I was you. I'm definitely filing a formal complaint with Subway Corporate Headquarters.

Employees out on phones while coustmers at counter waiting to order.Compleatly rude to my family. My wife went in used coupon no problem payed no problem. Now my daughter came in and they refused to let her use coupon even tho it was a whole separate transaction and even payed with a different card. Now there's a extra 50 bucks and still got this dam coupon.
