Food was decent but it took quite a while to get out food. The staff was really nice. Tables were clean.

I was just a passenger in someone's car that went through drive-up. I didn't get anything. We went through drive up very quickly and spent only 5 minutes or so waiting on food. My Aunt had KFC ? that day. Sorry Taco Bell ?

It’s not the best but can be better they wait time is long they always mess up and order like not giving a meal that you ordered and they always are cussing at other people it’s annoying

Marshalltown Tacobell/KFC is horrible. Like most, I would also rate 0 stars. Every time I come through, its an insane amount of time to wait no matter how small your order is. Every time I come through, even with how long they take, they get the order wrong or forget multiple items. I do enjoy Tacobell and KFC products, it's much more worth it to leave town to get some even when its unfortunately inconvenient. I feel whoever is in charge of this place does not care whatsoever. They threw a bag of lids at another customer and made excuses. Just shut it down.

So, I grew up on taco bell. To say the least, it's my favorite restaurant (30+ yrs). The marshalltown location rarely fails to DISAPPOINT! If I didn't love the food so much and hold on to the hope of getting the brand quality that I'm used to, I would not come back! Corporate really needs to overhaul this location. They are single handedly driving your brand reputation in the ground. The drive thru waits make it impossible to grab lunch as it takes 15, 20, and even 30 minutes at times! Getting what you ordered....not so much. Order accuracy can not be more than 25%. Most of the staff seem less happy than the irritated customers that come back to the counter with various issues. Honestly, is there a Corporate operations manager that visits this location. Taco John's food is gross, but their staff are great. Please help us out here! Corporate/owners, you have the numbers (P&L) and guest response. Assuming both are sub par, do something about it.

This Taco Bell is sub par. I have been to Taco Bell's all over the Midwest and never had one with such terrible, slow, and inconsistent service. I have only used the drive thru because it doesn't look good inside. Unfortunately the beefy five layer burrito is a guilty pleasure of mine and I still go by every once and a while.

Order was not accurate, shorted a taco, shorted tomatoes, typical for this particular restaurant.Do not patronize them often for that reason.

I was in the drive thru line for exactly 20 minutes yesterday. It was after 2 pm so not exactly lunch rush time. Didn't get the right items in my order either. Everytime I go there it is a 20+ minute wait. This completely defeats the purpose of FAST food and the convenience of using a drive thru. They are the only place in town that hasn't opened up their lobby yet too. If they could get it together and make it quicker to get orders that are correct, I would give more stars.
