You don't know me It should stay that way

Staff keeps the back door prepped open which leads to more bugs behind the counter then employees. Not only that, but on multiple occasions I have witnessed employees behind the counter touch the floor, garbage, or their face with gloved hands and wear those same gloves to make an order. This store cares more about speed of service than both quality and cleanliness. For the outrageous price of this food you could go next door to Culver's and get food that is not only real food, but made fresh and tastes like it

Ordered #3 and two tacos no lettuce and ice tea. Told her several hot sauces. Tacos had a tablespoon of meat maybe, the ice tea had no ice and was warm and there were no hot sauces. I should have just threw my $17 in the trash and called it good.

We live by Ames but drive to Marshalltown for our Taco Bell fix. Ames location is a mess, but the Marshalltown location is always clean and friendly. We get our food in a couple minutes, not 20 like ames, and the food looks like it does in the TV ads, not like it traveled down a bumpy road for 10 mins before it was givin to us. Marshalltown Taco Bell for the win and it's not even close

The food is great but the manager is not. The general manager Krystal had a distasteful attitude towards paying customers and enjoys taking her anger out on those of us unfortunate enough to interact with her. I ended up calling, which I never do even during unpleasant exchanges at food services, and reminded her that she sets an example to her employees. If she allows her first impression to be snarky and disrespectful she shows that it’s acceptable to take her anger out on customers to her employee base. She replied with a backhanded, sarcastic apology and had nothing to say except try to defend her disrespectful attitude. The guy at the front window was super kind and helpful and ended up telling us that she is “always like this” and for that, I’m sorry that they have to be embarrassed of their general manager Krystal. She seems unfit to be representing her employees and place of work.

i tried using a coupon after i forgot to ask at the speaker, although i was being nice about it, one worker was being extremely rude. after the coupon was applied she opened the window and said “what you want. 😐” and stayed quiet the rest of the time. other worker was extremely understanding and helpful. although, the tacos were all cracked, no sauce was in the bag when asked for, and no napkins were in the bag. and i legit got a lettuce and cheese taco with one piece of meat on top with no meat on bottom 😭🔥. lowk L night ruined my whole mood ikiab ts pmo 🥀.

The service was horrible the chalupas were so hard I couldn’t eat them I ordered a combo meal and had to go ask for my cup my experience was completely unsatisfactory I would of rated zero stars but I had to leave at least one star I will never go back I will starve first
