First timers: the food was very good, prepared well.
Food we purchased:
Cowboy Bob spicy but not too spicy. The burger was tender.
The Brisco: similar to the frisco. The bread was toasted perfectly.
Mac cheese: the Cheeto dust really gave it a great flavor
Buffalo wings: great smoked flavor!
We were not disappointed. The lady taking orders and cleaning tables was super sweet and helpful!
No better place in Iowa in my opinion. Great beers, amazing food, awesome service and people. Pick anything on the menu, you can’t go wrong, or create your own new spin - they’re down for it. My favorites: Jake the Steak (with steak sauce), Tombstone burger, buffalo chicken sandy (my spin on the wrap version). Pro tip - they have smoked ketchup they make in house. You must try it.
