Tonight's curbside service was horrid. No server bothered to even come up to me after waiting 20+mins. I was told to be there at 6:52pm and I didn't get my food till 7:30ish. The 1st time I went in I was told there was no curbside orders and it would be checked on. Almost another 15-20 mins waiting I went back in and I was told after being called 'Sheila' which wasn't me 'oh waiting on fries'. I got the order finally and told the other waiting car to go inside since no server bothered to check on him either. Lo and behold my dad's ribs were cold, burnt and dry and they forgot his sides, except the fries. My chicken was cold and besides the fries my sides were forgotten also, but they did remember my honey mustard which they tend to forget in past orders. Dad and I rarely go to Applebees, but after tonight dad decided he is done and I will have to 2nd that. We will have to use our giftcard in some other city. Clearly, they are poorly managed and many of their servers/chefs don't care about their customers.

I used to enjoy coming here, but things have really changed. I came here a couple of weeks ago, and the fries were just luke warm. By the time I was half done the were just plain cold. I wrote it off as a bad night. I went again last night and had the same experience. The lady at the table next to me had mashed potatoes and said they were cold. They say you get free refills on soda, but you don't. My waitress brought my food, and I never saw her again to ask if I wanted a refill until I was finished with my meal.

Terrible experience. Ordered the neighborhood burger. Got served two thin slivers of “burger” that didn’t even fit the bun. Does not come close to the website picture. Advertising versus reality!!

Never been this bad took a while for them to take our order. Ordered drinks and food. Food came never got drinks. Fries were cold. Guess we won't come in between lunch and supper from now on. Normally it's all 5 stars for this restaurant.

I love taking my wife out here. We always come here for our date night away from the babies that we love so much but while we're there all we can think about is our kids because we love them so much. so we only take one hour out because it's all we can handle. ? LoL bye the way we got 12 kids all together we love kids there so beautifully wonderfully made bye are God Yahauh halleluyah.

It's a good place to go if you want to eat a bit fancier than normal.
Very poor service, trash on the floor and under the tables, they took a long time to clean everything up. We started eating 45 minutes after entering. There were only 5 more tables. They didn't bring refills. There are no excuses for them to do that. The sad thing is that I was with my family.
Took my daughter and a few cousins there for her birthday this past Friday. Horrible experience. The server was rude when my niece asked where was her drink, I was served a cup with a lipstick stain on it, she didn’t write anything down and made several mistakes. Then she left and handed us off to another server so I guess she knew she was leaving so she didn’t care about providing good service. The bathroom was gross even though the restaurant wasn’t crowded and we went early afternoon. It smelled like bug spray. Our new server was nice that is the only plus about the whole thing. My daughter and her cousins didn’t have a good time and I was so disappointed!

We arrived around 1 PM and had to wait at the door (with some people behind us also waiting) for about five minutes. Once we were seated, we were offered drinks right away. After ordering our meal, it was an average wait time. They seem to be understaffed and our server was training someone on the job. The food though was good. I had the three-cheese pasta with chicken and my husband the ribeye with mashed potatoes and he said it was well cooked and tasty. Overall, service was good and so was the food.
