I was from out of town with family for a quick bite. The restaurant was very clean. I was very impressed with the customer service from Dallas. He went above and beyond to fix a very minor issue with our order and was so pleasant and patient. Please give him kudos!!

This was terrible. Pulled up to window and the worker had ear buds in so how do you know if he is even listening or doing job right. Ordered the new Macaroni Cheese bits and they were still frozen. My husband and I come there least once a week and first of all usually food is good today was just terrible. Second they always have terrible workers running drive through and drive through window. No customer service at all. Just bunch of kids working without caring for their job. I been management for restaurants for over 23 years and never experienced such terrible service. It goes down more and more each time we visit. So sad ?

Customer service is weak. We placed our order inside the restaurant and when Dante asked if we wanted a drink. We declined..and we got a shoulder shrug. We paid...did not get a thank you. When we received our order, Dante did not say thank you. This is my #1 pet peeve! I said: Dante I hope your evening gets better because it doesn't look like you are having a good day. He says...how do you know my name? Seriously! Oh my gosh....He is wearing a name tag! I just walked away and shook my head. Dante is clueless!!!Food is good. Hot, accurate. But Dante needs a little coaching, and maybe a new position ...waaaay back and not on the counter where first impressions are formed.

Every time I come here for a DoorDash order it's never done or even started. Order WA flashing 14mins on the screen so i know they got the order wel before I got there. Do better

I hadn't had Arby's in a while and decided it was time to visit. I ordered the wagyu bacon burger along with some curly fries. The wagyu burger was good, I honestly couldn't tell the difference in regular beef and wagyu, but again it was good. I was definitely happy with this visit.
