If you are considering the BWW location in Mason City Iowa please reconsider! Service was slow, never were asked how our food was, if we needed refills on our drinks, our bill was placed on the table and not even a thank you! Very disappointing!

Wings were dry. Barely any sauce. Fries did not have any seasoning as ordered. Ranch was not received. Extra was ordered and paid for. Completely unacceptable. Will never return. Do not recommend. Save your money!

My wings were burnt and dry as well as my son’s French fries and my girlfriend’s food was all spicy when it wasn’t supposed to be. Probly not coming here again.

Appetizer: fried pickles His meal: Philly steak with beer cheese My meal: chicken wrap
We were told wait times for kitchen was going to be a little longer… okay no problem! Appetizer came out with my meal…. Cold. My meal was wrong after clarifying with waitress what I wanted. The Philly steak is just a sad situation and the amount of meat is a disgrace!!! (Should have gone to subway for more meat) waitress was running around, being in the service industry for 10 years… this place was half empty with plenty of servers. She should not neglect as she did. She came to the table 3 times without asking if we wanted drink refills when we were empty. We ask for waters and she brought one to him. Asked for ranch… she took 10 min to get a cup of ranch.

Highly disappointed! Worst experience ever ordering to go! First off, street tacos had almost no meat, like half the amount you would typically have on one taco was split between three with the smallest pieces of chicken literally just laid in a straight line. The wings were supposed to be half buffalo half lemon pepper. The buffalo ones had almost no sauce and the other set was tossed in bbq and dusted with lemon pepper?? They forgot the blue cheese and the salsa tasted like plastic like it was stale or expired. When I got there to pick up my food I waited for 15 minutes past the time my pick up was set for and it was clear when I got home it had been sitting back there for a while. I do not live far and my food was unreasonably cold. They knew I was waiting and were not busy, maybe four tables when I walked in. Absolutely no excuse for such horrible service. It would be one thing if they were busy and overwhelmed but they clearly were not.

Ordered 2 orders of wings with dry buffalo seasoning on them and ranch dressing to dip them. One order was supposed to be all drummies and we paid the extra for that and it was a mix. Also ordered tots with southwestern sauce dip and the tots were cold and no dip. This isn't the first time our order has been messed up. The workers need to learn howto read the orders and get them correct.

We didn’t get to eat. They wouldn’t seat us unless it was at a high top table. We wanted a booth and there were several available. The excuse was that the waitresses couldn’t have 15 tables so it was the high top or nothing. We’ve eaten here many times but that came to an end tonight.
