We ordered a tart black cherry margarita and was given some type of margarita that wasn’t on the menu. We asked the waitress why we didn’t get the drink we ordered and she said “We don’t sell that drink because it’s against Iowa’s alcohol content law.” They said they would not charge us for the drink and would take it away. The way she said it was very rude. We told her that the drink was ok. She still insisted of taking the drink and not charging us for it. She never apologized and showed no empathy at all for not informing us that drink wasn’t on the menu. Some other server tried to tell us it was the drink we ordered, it clearly didn’t look like the picture at all. The plain audacity not to offer to comp the drink was ridiculous. We were never told it wasn’t on the menu when we ordered it. The attitude we got was how dare you question anything we do. The next thing that happened is they brought out 1 of meals instead of both at the same time. The American Cheeseburger they brought was burnt and I smelled that the meat itself was burnt. We told a server and I told her I could smell the meat burnt and in a very rude response she says it’s just the cheese burnt. The attitude we got was like you have to accept any food we bring you. Not one ounce of understanding was shown. It felt like they could care less and that us trying to say something about wasn’t acceptable. At this point we got up and went to the cash register. The manager came out dressed completely unprofessional, no dress shirt, hair a mess, and just a unclean look. We expressed our complaints to him and the only thing he said is he would take the other sandwich off our bill that wasn’t even served to us. He didn’t even apologize or acknowledge our concerns. He could’ve comped our drinks and our mozzarella sticks for the terrible service we had. No one even cared about how rude we were treated. This is a terrible run location. This was around 3:30 pm on 3/29/2024.

Extremely disappointed, started off with my drink not looking anything like the drink picture I ordered, the younger man said they were the same which clearly they were not mine had a salt rim and the one picture and describe had a tarin rim . Are original waitress came back and told me no in fact it wasn't the same the alcohol contain was to high so they couldn't sell it which it would have been nice to know instead of questioning what my drink was she brought me. The mozzarella sticks were good , but instead of bringing me and my boyfriend are food at the same time, are waitress brought my American burger set it down I, I turned it to share my fries with my boyfriend while we waited for his. It's nope you could clearly see the cheese was burnt and dried out ,we called a different waitress over and she stated it's just the cheese . It's I'm not eating that your not serving me dried out burnt cheese on my hamburger. Their attitudes where beyond dissatisfaction who does that bring you burnt food and act like your suppose to eat it.we told the man in charge which that too. His response of they should have gotten him in the first place , and his response of not charging us for the chicken sandwich ok excuse me sir why would you charge us for something we never received nor ate so your not doing is any favors by not charging us for something we never received I won't return to that location extremely bad service with are interactions and food and drinks if I could give it a negative 10 I would

I love me some Buffalo wild wings however, I wish this location would do the all you can eat wings and fries for $20 the nearest location near where I live and Iowa is all the way down in Ames that will offer the $20 for the all you can eat wings and fries.

We walked in, first thoughts, place felt dirty, as well it looked dirty....smelled funny, moldy!!! The lerson that added us to the waiting list, ni introduction, no smile, i could hear her talk.......There was 4 sets of people waiting when we got there, we were the 5th wait listed. I look around the place to see what seats might be good to see the game, and there is like 8 tables unoccupied. 4 looked clean. Just sayin.....id think twice before going here, the employees dont seem to want to be there, so why would you!!! We left after about 10mins of waiting.....Boulder tap house, much nicer anyway!!!

Don't know if they were short staffed somewhere on a Saturday at 2pm, but I saw at least 4 waitresses, and 2 different 'bus boys' and a bartender, and then the girl at the front was handling the register and seating, she told us when we walked in there would be a wait. We waited 20 minutes to be seated, while we stood at the front to wait, because they were using the benches normally there for waiting customers for two heaters/fans to sit on not being used at all, there were at least 5 tables/booths open but not cleared or cleaned off. We got 1 menu to look at between 4 of us, we got one thing of silverware until our meal came. Before that, the waitress asked us for our drink order then forgot about us for about a 15 minutes, another 10 until we ordered. 2 of us got our meals, then 15 minutes later the other 2, all of it was barely warm. The waitress was really nice and she was smiling and trying to be happy at least, and she did say she was a bit frazzled from running around so much and she apologized for 'forgetting about us. Didn't really think it was her fault anyways, and not sure who or what was at fault, but it just wasn't running very smoothly that day! Hope you got everything back up to par, first time we've really ever had not so great service there.

Placed an order for takeout asked for 50 wings two big cups of blue cheese and two big cups of ranch and one big cup of honey bbq told the order will be ready at 12:45 get there at 12:45 wait 15 minutes for my food asked why I only got one cup each and two small cups of bbq and was told that’s the max I can order I just dropped $78.62 just crazy they are limiting that when they are making money ranch and blue cheese are cheap so to limit that when people are paying almost $80 for food is crazy to me and to top it off I ask for buffalo sauce and get Buffalo dry rub thanks bww I vow to never eat at any of your restaurant other then the Las Vegas location

This BWW has been a struggle the last few times. Decided to give it another whirl, the food was pretty good. The service was mediocre. Never was offered refills, then they messed up my wife's order and it took so long for someone to come back to the table that we just decided to have the item removed from our bill and leave.The atmosphere was typical BWW, except the volume was on 110 and the thermostat was set to 35.
