Guy at the window was awesome, the food is very fresh and the burger was the size of my face hands down best fast food meal I've had in a while

The truth is that this place is disappointing. The truth is that it is not recommended. Order the hamburgers but the meat was overcooked and looks like stone

Was staying at the days Inn across the street. Friday night!! Having a great night with my boyfriend. The app said they where open til 230a and was only 130a when I placed the order. And PAID for it.
We get across the street to pick up there order and nobody answers at the speaker box. So I pull around. After knocking on the window 3x. Worker comes to the window and tells me they closed early and I'm sorry. Your going to have to go on burger King dot com get your refund. Furious now because it's so late. Nowhere else is open and I now have to go to bed hungry and out $30 🤬
If I could give them no stars I would. Been there several times since moving here. They are always understaffed so everything takes forever and I wouldn't go so far as to say they are rude but they definitely are not friendly. I guess I can't blame them with the circumstances but you feel the unhappiness as a customer. Then today I place an order on the app for pickup. I get there at 11 and everything is locked up so I go to the drive up and no one answered. Pull up to the window and I see someone walking around. They finally come over and say no one showed up to open this morning (at 6am mind you, it's now 5 hours later) and I'm basically SOL with my order and will have to try and get my money back from the app. Awesome. Won't be going back again.
Set the drive-in for 40 minutes 20 minutes to order my food 20 minutes to sit at the window waiting for him to take my money I finally just left not the first the bad experience I've got at your place didn't get our food one time sitting inside finally got her money back
Have visited this location multiple times but never again. They regularly make it 5-10 minutes between cars in the drive through to keep their drive thru times low. It has taken as long as 15 minutes to go from #2 in line to order to actually getting food. Went inside this morning to order instead and was not even acknowledged by the staff, so I left. Garbage location. Do not recommend

Good quality food: usually never any problems with them. Occasionally they make a mistake on a burger or something. But still worth the trip

There were only 2 ladies working at the time I went, and they were working hard. Unfortunately my fries were cold but my whopper was ok I guess. You can only do so much when there's only 2 of you. They deserve something for their effort tho.

First off, the guy who took my drive-through order had a weird attitude, like I was inconveniencing him by ordering food at his fast food restaurant.
Then, I pulled up to the pay window and there was one car ahead of me. I don’t know how long he had already waited for someone to take his money, but after I was behind him for about five minutes he finally angrily sped off.
I then pulled up to the window and waited several more minutes. Finally, a lady walked in, looked at and left. I thought maybe she was getting someone to come take my money, but after several more minutes and several cars clogged up behind me, no one ever showed up and so it was my turn to angrily speed off.
To get back to the main highway, I had to loop around and as I passed in front of BK the car that had been behind me was also speeding off. Apparently, the Mason City BK enjoys wasting money on food and employee pay while permanently chasing away their potential customers. Doesn’t seem like a great business model to me.

Had family from Europe visit so we decided to go to this Burger King and the girl there was absolutely disrespectful and rude will never go to this Burger King again
The food was not that good.
And it was cold in there.
It will be a while until we go back to Burger King.
