Worst Burger King I have been in. The Latino guy taking orders couldn't get a order right at all. 3 people running this restaurant. Line was long and people leaving. I wanted to cancel my order but to confusing to get that done. I was warned that this store was bad. Now I know. I will never return again.

Tried to eat in!! They were not busy. I was the only one waiting. Three workers looked at me. Didn't say anything. Only helping the drive thru. So I walked out and won't be back!! Let the person going know, and he turned around.

I was one of two people in line. It took them 10 minutes to take the first vehicle’s order then after that vehicle went all the way through the drive-through then they took my order then after I waited almost 15 minutes at the payment window with a lady sitting at the window, not taking my payment doing something. They finally took my payment and then had me go to the next window. I could’ve gone to Boulder taphouse and got in and out faster than waiting through that drive-through do not recommend.

Called before hand to check if an item was a collectors cup. Was told it came specifically with one drink and the person on call made it seem as if it was so. Extremely disappointing to recive a basic fast food cup with printing instead of a cup designed to be kept .
At least the lemonade was good.

put 5 stars so people see this, they seem understaffed but I see people in the windows doing absolutely nothing, they have no urge of being fast (it’s a fast food place..??) and we waited in the drive thru for probably 15-25 mins and then waited another 10mins to pay and get our food. when we got home we found we were missing a burger. MIND YOU the dining area was closed, it was only drive thru, so no they weren’t busy at all. Taking their sweet time to just mess up?! don’t go here unless you want to come back to get your food. We did call and they were understanding and gave us our missing burger but this is outrageous. Pick up the slack Burger King or you’re gonna be out of customers!!

Wait time was close to ten minutes then when I got my food the cheese burgers tasted weird. Didn't taste right and we're lukewarm. Did not finish. Onion rings tasted alright but we're a bit soggy. Took picture of floor and it was sickening. Hostess behind counter was sliding across floor and cups, paper of different types were laying about. If this is the best you can do if I were you I'd fire the manager and get someone to clean the place up. Both physically and employees. I used to love coming here. NO MORE.
