Went there last night In Mason city. Place my order and drove up to 1st window which they told me to and thru the windows 2 workers were on their phones and ignoring me thru window. After 10 minutes 1 came and took money. Then received our Oreo shakes to fine runny shakes. Will never go there again.

put 5 stars so people see this, they seem understaffed but I see people in the windows doing absolutely nothing, they have no urge of being fast (it’s a fast food place..??) and we waited in the drive thru for probably 15-25 mins and then waited another 10mins to pay and get our food. when we got home we found we were missing a burger. MIND YOU the dining area was closed, it was only drive thru, so no they weren’t busy at all. Taking their sweet time to just mess up?! don’t...

There were only 2 ladies working at the time I went, and they were working hard. Unfortunately my fries were cold but my whopper was ok I guess. You can only do so much when there's only 2 of you. They deserve something for their effort tho.
