I particularly like Burke's Bar and Grill because it's down home, friendly, and has personal service. If you don't know somebody in your neighborhood at Burke's then you're in the wrong place. You won't be disappointed in their food and their service.
Great place to go to eat, but the short hours are kind of surprising for a bar and is more fitting for a restaurant. Just be aware that they close at 11. I always get the hot beef when I'm in town, but I've also tried their burgers and assorted fried foods and they are delicious.
A Hot beef sounded so good on this snowing Winter day. I ordered and picked up in about 10 minutes. Bartender was nice. Brought it home, opened the box and dove in. Blech. It looked great but they are just phoning it in. The gravy was really boring, no rich beefy flavor and the all important beef was really dry and had no seasoning. Really disappointed. If you put more love into it people would spread the word. Better begets better business. Do better.
