Wife ordered a hamburger, but got a Patty melt. She ordered a turtle sundae and never got it. Had to wait at least 25 minutes to fix it after reordering it. Appeared management was stuck in the kitchen. We've always liked eating there. We'll be back, but will have lower expectations.
Great food as any other Culver’s establishment. However poor service. It is staffed by all immature teenagers that have not a clue what they are doing let alone have a clue in the world what is going on. The one was dancing at the register then was just starring at a wall. They would then just stand around talking and what looked like were doing hand shakes or some form of dancing around. Went through the Drive through and My husband got a butter burger and Choc Malt which was fine I got a cheeseburger and a concrete mixer the concrete mixer was great but the cheeseburger was terrible way overdone and crispy on the edges
