Good food; good prices; but the cleanliness of the store was disgusting. Almost couldn’t tell they were actually open with how badly cared for things were. Staff were generally rude and acted like they didn’t want to be there. But honestly worth the stop by for a good cheap meal

Yikes. Lord this place is awful, everytime I’ve been there they forget something. Ice cream spilling out the sides of my cup. Not to mention I’m in the drive thru and the teenage boy is swearing at me left and right, like seriously? Get it together.

I came here for a pumpkin pie blizzard expecting to receive something with REAL pieces of pumpkin pie and got pieces of cinnamon flavored crackers instead. What a waste of money. Staff are rude as well.

Clean environment. We were able to get the food quickly. We asked if we could have an ice cream cone with m&ms and they said they would try and they did it! The gentleman that was working was very pleasant ? Thank you for making my kids and my day!

Wheelchair accessibility: No steps, it should be easier for people with disabilities to go in and out.

They never spend enough time mixing their items. I got a frozen hot chocolate & it tasted mostly like vanilla. When I was about half way done, I noticed big clumps of hot fudge in the bottom. They also messed up my daughter's cone & gave her vanilla dipped instead of the chocolate she ordered.

Had to wait 30 mins for a single thing of pretzel with queso and it was sitting while they were messing around the entire time and they proceeded to completely mess up my girlfriends order I do not recommend this place to anyone with human decency

I have a question? Why are you even open? Get to the drive thru and the voice says. Not sure what you wanted to order but our kitchen is closed we are completely out of food, we have no bananas left, no hot fudge and he said something else I can’t remember, my husband said cool we don’t need any of those things the voice says okay so what can I get for you, my husband said a lemon lime slushy the voice says oh that machine is broken!!!! Omg really again I ask why are you open? And let me just tell you this isn’t the first or even second time this has happened to us at this location. Not sure what the heck is going on with this place, but maybe you should have a talk with the gal that has the long braids, I think she is the manager. The time before this she was yelling at the two young employees. Maybe she is the problem. Oh and this place has been dirty every time I go inside.

Need more than one ice cream machine for when they are busy. Drive thru wait was outrageous so decided to go inside and the wait in there was outrageous too. But still love the ice cream.

The service wasn’t the best, I ordered a split and the lady claims she didn’t hear me and gave me a dollar short on change. Another thing that I want to add was there was other customers who haven’t gotten their food in an hour and it wasn’t busy.
