Went to get a quick order with family. Person taking orders was impatient when trying to let my kids decide and said he couldn’t hear me and had us pull to the window. Where he proceeds to have us repeat the order again and gets confused, so we repeated it. We asked him to repeat it back of which he did and it was wrong, we corrected it, but STILL got the wrong order. What was the point of letting us have them read it back to make sure it was right if he already rang it in? Terrible service.

I ordered a Blizzard ice cream cake for Father’s Day, and the whole process was fantastic! The staff was friendly and helpful when I placed the order, making everything easy. Huge shoutout to Jasmine, the cake decorator—she knocked it out of the park! The cake was not only beautifully done but also tasted exactly like the Dipped Strawberry Cheesecake Blizzard. It was a big hit!

I especially like the service especially this one guy named Ivan he was so helpful and caring in every need I ask it of the area of how he was there for us even though it was just food. I give dairy Queen the awesome elephant award.

Food was great! Took a while to get though. Atmosphere was amazing not because of the theming but because listening to the worker scream we have no ice at the customers for an hour was hilarious. Service was terrible I’ll be back.

Can’t rate the food or ice cream as they are never open. We’ve tried going there numerous times in recent weeks and they have been closed during peak hours.

This was by far the worst DQ we ever been to. The counter girl and the drive thru girl were working very hard but the gal who was cooking was just awful. We waited 58 minutes for our food. My husband received his but I did not receive mine. And when they finally brought it out the burger was cold and I never did get my French fries. Extremely disappointed.

We arrived with several customers there. We placed our order and waited. As we were waiting for our order I realized most of the customers looked unhappy. After 15 minutes most of them had been taken care of. I looked around and noticed how filthy the place was (I have pictures) the trash in the work area had over flowed there was ice cream on the floor, a customer finally went over and cleaned up the trash that the employees were stepping over. The bench was dirty. And then when finally got my food they served us on a dirty tray with our French fries spilling out on the dirty tray. One of the ladies in front of me waited 25 minutes for a blizzard and ice cream cone. She also pointed out that someone's food had been sitting on the warmer for over 10 minutes, not a safety hazard but frustrating for the customers waiting. I placed my order at 5:04pm and didn't start getting my food until 532pm they brought the order put in segments one person got ice cream then some hot food came then some ice cream. After the food was there I waited a few minutes and then went to tell them we didn't get our pretzel bites and our bottled water. She told me they don't sell bottled water which I pointed to the menu and said that I was supposed to get a bottle of water she then asked someone else and they brought me my water. My pretzel bites took awhile and they forgot my queso. He brought my queso and told me careful it's hot, the container had melted from being so hot so I asked for a new queso. My daughters sandwich wasn't right but I didn't even want to mention that. We went to DQ for somwthing quick because we have a long car ride and absolutely regret it. I finally got my entire order at 545pm. This location was gross, customer service was lacking, and the wait time was absurd. I will not be back at that location again.

Blonde girl that took my order kept telling me my sauced and tossed 4 puece was not on the menu because she couldn't find it. She kept telling me I was wrong until I asked her to ask someone else. That person found it.she had a really poor attitude and just didn't care. Every customer was waiting a long time for food and then while I was waiting they had to come get my recipe so they could make sure they had the right food. Just an over all mess of a place.
