Grandma Sugar's Cupcakery

We ordered a dozen cupcakes with only 24 hour notice. We were delayed leaving our home and on our way to pick them up, the bakery called with a reminder. They also wrapped our box in plastic to preserve the freshness for serving at a party the next day...and the German chocolate cupcakes were delicious. Thanks for the outstanding service and product!

I LOVE these guys!! Cupcakes are absolutely AmAzInG, very friendly.. Getting my wedding cupcakes and cake from here.. There was no question about choosing them. Of course Everytime I go in, I have to bring some cupcakes home.

My husband and I purchased cupcakes and cookies for our September wedding this year. The owners Hillary and Matt are wonderful people and they were very responsive and helpful. We went in for our 4 free cupcakes and went back another time to purchase more to taste. At that time we were able to chat with the both of them and get some good recommendations. I'm so happy we went with Grandma Sugar's because they made our day that much more special. My husband and I are bacon snobs, we like ours crunchy. One of our flavors was the maple bacon so Hillary suggested us cooking our own and brining it in for her to use and top the cupcakes with. That was very kind of her to let us do that. This place goes above and beyond for their customers. P.S. my all time favorite cupcake was their PUMPKIN one. This was to die for!!!!! Great job! (We did the maple bacon, pumpkin, vanilla, peanut butter cupcake and cookies that melted in your mouth!) We will be back to purchase more, I'm sure of it.

They’re an amazingly helpful and talented bakery. Their flexibility let us coordinate custom cakes that tasted great, made the theme, and were a great deal! A must go to!

I have purchased cupcakes and cookies from Grandma Sugar’s several times, and each and every time they have exceeded my expectations. Their cupcakes and cookies are beautiful and absolutely delicious, and they are so easy to work with. They make any event very special. No events planned? Stop by and treat yourself or get some as a surprise for a friend or your family.

I ordered (by phone) delivery cookies for a friend out in Iowa. The owner was incredibly polite, very open to all my ideas for designs, timing of delivery, etc and so easy to work with. not to mention their pricing is very fair!! i’m sad I live in PA and can’t experience this place in person! thank you for helping me make my friend’s day with cookies!

Deeee-lish! The cupcakes were yummy, moist, not too too sweet, and beautifully decorated. Will definitely get more cupcakes to crave my sweet tooth in the future!
