Just questioned myself on why a 4 vs a 5. It all boils down to menu selection and honestly the lack of ability to change items. Overall a good food and good experience. The margarita was so good. Just wish we could have substituted a couple items. Maybe a bit of a language barrier. Will be back for sure!
This is a hidden gem. The service was off the hook. The food was made from the heart and soul. The atmosphere was very warming. Lorenzo is very smart and knows how to run a business. The sauces are the best in the US!!! Not kidding…. I’m getting a hotel next time I come here just to eat here.
When I stopped by the happy donkey, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their tacos and drinks. Their house-made strawberry tequila was the highlight of my visit, and I appreciated the option to order drinks in ceramic vessels with unique flavors like lime, pineapple, and other tropical flavors. I ended up buying a few bottles to go, and I would definitely recommend this place to others.There is ample parking and the service was fantastic.
