Christopher(?) was rude at the drive through. When we pulled up he just yelled “Jimmy John’s” through the speaker. We asked for a sandwich, chips, and a drink. He said “k 12.28” then we pulled forward. he didn’t ring up the chips on the order (we didn’t know that obviously) and when we asked if we could get some chips he said “what kind?” and we asked for plain chips. he walked away and then returned and threw a bag of chips at us through the car window and then shut the drive through window walked away. No “have a good day” or “thank you” or anything. super disappointing and rude service 👎🏼 won’t be back.

Placed a large catering order and provided very specific but simple instructions of NO vegetables. Not sure how this could possibly be mis-interpreted as all sandwiches had all the vegetables. We were also shorted on other items ordered. Kind of amazing it could be so wrong.
Attention to detail in any job is soooooo important.
If you are counting on an accurate order, make sure you check the order before you leave the restaurant!

Ordered a tuna sandwich - got a completely dry sandwich with tuna right out of the can. No mayo or dressing of any kind. Also the tuna was only on about half the sandwich. We just moved to Mason City and have never had an issue with Jimmy Johns previously. Always loved their tuna when prepared correctly.

We ordered online, got the out for delivery notification and waited about 35 minutes before calling the store and getting told he should be here any minute……another 20 minutes later we got our food..both sandwich and wrap were soggy and soda was dropped. He also smelled like an ash tray.

I placed an online order here that total a whopping $43.23 and barely got any ingredients on my sandwiches! Called the store spoke to the manager who was no help and when I asked for a corporate number at first she said she didn’t have it but then said she can go look for it and came back in 3 seconds with it! Trash! The wrap in my photo was almost $13!

Went through the drive thru and took my sandwich back to the office. The bread was so hard; it's difficult to even imagine a store employee sending that bread out into the world. The bread was so hard, I couldn't get a bite out of the sandwich. I took the meat out and tossed the bread out. Disgusting.

Wow, have the portions shrunk! So dissatisfied with the size of the sandwiches now. The employees are still awesome and I know it's not their fault if corporate/franchisee tell them to skimp, but just beware you are getting shrinkflationed here.

I can't give enough stars for this interaction!!!!!!!!! Daniel was amazing on the phone, understood we wanted sooooo much of each side, and made it happen! When our food showed up it was way above and beyond our expectations!!!! I called back to say thank you and had a heartwarming and great convo with Daniel. So, Daniel, thank you for making sure we were safe and smart and knocking our expectations out of the park!!! You're the reason we'll continue to to come to Jimmy John's!!!! And corporate......know this one is legit, a keeper, and he's making me WANT to spend money THERE when I could take it wherever I wanted. THANKS DANIEL!!!!!!!!!
