I only gave them one star because you have to in order to leave a review. Everything about it was awful including the food! Waited 25 minutes in drive thru, cars behind me got their food and left. I called the store and asked why are people getting their orders but I am still sitting here. They said they JUST ran out of extra crispy and I would have to wait another 25 minutes. Switched to original recipe, chicken was hard and tasted awful. Threw it all away. Never going there again! When I got in line there were no cars behind me

Experienced what could have been “last” visit to this location recently. My order was over $45.00, slow service and just plain bad experience. If not for a fill-in manager Bobby. After driving more than 10 miles home, discovering the order was wrong I contacted the location. Was informed I had to return to the location, bring all the food with me. Upon return Bobby explained that he was from another location. No access to register for returns or adjusting charges. In the lobby there were several people experiencing wrong orders, etc..Bobby corrected my order with a fresh meal. He alone kept me as a customer of this location. Just wanted you to know…

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This location is a nightmare. Food is constantly 20+ minutes later than expected, the employees do just about anything other than work, including shouting profanities while children are eating in, the food is disgusting (have found hairs), and this place is going bottom up within the year. If you want fried chicken, go to quick star. The old staff was so much better and more diligent, and it’s sad to see an establishment going out of business because of the employees and management. Nothing but bad experiences and long waits here.

The fries were super old and stale. The chicken was hot and tasted as you might expect. The dining room was clean and tidy. The staff, however, was another thing. There were 5 people working; I made my order at 2:49pm and received it at 2:59pm. This was a full 10 minute wait, for food that was already prepared. They weren’t waiting on fries to come out of the fryer or anything like that. Additionally, they did not include the biscuit that was purchased, though they did give it when I went back to the counter and mentioned it. Finally, the staff were towards the back of the kitchen at one point, talking, but using colorful language. I have included a picture of my receipt. If you come to this restaurant during peak dining hours, expect delays.

Very bad service only two people to attend and reluctantly attend you, I hope they soon improve with the service because I love the KFC chicken but sometimes the employees are the ones who make customers stop going to buy the product.

The guy taking the order was rude when I asked a question about the menu. I ordered a large family meal and got home to find out half of the food was missing. We'll be avoiding this place, there are much better alternatives.
