Awesome people, amazing food and the atmosphere is off the charts. Especially when they have live music, this place is in the Iowa Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Appparently the venue has been hosting gigs for more than just local bands, artists from all over the country have been performing here to pay tribute to River City.
Stopped in to this place today because I needed something comforting to eat for lunch. The southwestern chicken soup was delicious! Also, the conversation with Julie behind the bar was nice too...having just moved into town from Miami, FL , it's refreshing to find a place that reminds me of home. I'll be coming back and hanging at Loredo's many more times I'm sure!

I didn't have dinner tonight. But I normally love their blackened chicken alfredo. Tonight was a great crowd for the band, The Mercury 3. It was a nice alternative to the other Halloween bands in the area. They could've used another bartender.
