My partner and I decided to try out this restaurant after the old restaurant left the hotel, and we were so pleasantly surprised! The dude at front desk was wearing a mask and not overly helpful. We had plans to meet at the Draftsman with our happy camper birthday group but we’re told the barkeep was out sick so our dinner reservations were for 5:30 but told you don’t need reservations and that if you do have reservations you will not get confirmation of that. We thought a drink was included with the meal but it wasn't. I thought there would be a lot of variety of add-ins for my bloody, there wasn't. No shrimp, no cheese, not even a pepperoni. If a skewer was offered to fill, I would have enjoyed it more.
