Got a mcchicken with added mustard, wasn’t even a squirt of mustard when got the sandwich, even went up and asked for more, they gave back the same exact sandwich with no squirt of mustard and had to wait 10 minutes for them to do nothing with the sandwich and worker was rude about it, went up again and was rudely told “I’ll just give you mustard packets to put it on yourself”

My order was almost correct except on the order was a large mocha (hot) and a large frappe (cold). Ending up receiving 2 large mocha frappés. They need to make sure to read the order fully not just scan it. I have worked in a fast food restaurant before and always doubled checked to make sure order was correct.

Every time we visit this location, they "forget" parts of our order, and half the time it's old food left in the warmers way too long. When asked to correct the order or informed that items are missing, they respond aggressively (throwing the missing items through the window, heavy sighs, eye rolls), often treating it as a major inconvenience. They only seem to hire high school students anymore, and the turnover rate is through the roof, so they're always under trained, and can't perform the basic tasks. Would suggest finding another location to eat.

Why would you change your Straws, they are horrible, you can’t get them through the lids without them cracking or breaking all together!! They aren’t flexible at all. You can do better McDonalds. Charge me more money just bring back the straws we all know and love.

They were busy in the drive thru. I ordered a 4a. My crispy chicken only had 2 pickles on it. No mayo. Just 2 pickles and the bun. The fries were hard and cold. Very disappointed

I go every morning after I drop my son at work to get caramel frappe. The morning crew is always very friendly and very efficient. I was through the drive thru, start to finish within 45 seconds to a minute. I love it when everything is running smoothly.
