This mcdonalds always gets my order correct and their food is normally hot and fresh. This is the Only McDonald's out of many that I go to that accomplishes these two simple tasks!

the south McDonald's has slowly been going down in quality. not sure if it's from the road construction taking forever but seems to have started when construction started.
workers are nice but they mess up my sauces and certain things we want left off the burgers like onions/ tomatoes.
Prices are crazy for what you get, definitely a once in awhile place for me.

This McDonald's has really turned into a run down place. Tables and floors were dirty. The last 4 out of 5 times we went through the drive through they didn't give us BBQ sauce and, though we ordered BBQ sauce when we ate in, we didn't get any. I spoke to the manager about this. If you can go to another McDonald's, do so!
Went through drive thru. Got handed someone else's order. It was early morning. Only me and another car in waiting spot in drive thru. Parked and brought food in. Amy the manager seemed flustered and blamed her confusion on the car ahead of me because they had 2 different orders in the same vehicle. She took the food that I had already handled and walked it outside and handed it to them. I had to wait for mine which is OK.

Terrible customer service, I got my order and realized one of my drinks were both large and I got a medium I tried to tell her I order both large meals and she didn’t want to listen to me and what I was saying and she preceded to tell me it would cost more for a large drink and then when she brought the rest of our order out I handed her my receipt to show her that I paid for a large and she instantly got and attitude and was very rude about having to fix the mistake she made and when she brought it she preceded to make a very smart and impolite comment using foul language. So I Went in to talk to someone about the interaction and everyone in there had very poor customer service and attitudes . So I came here to make a review and also sent emails to corporate just so disgusted I worked in fast (McDonalds) actually and never ever talked to anyone the way I was talked to tonight by employees at this McDonalds location
