Went through drive thru. Got handed someone else's order. It was early morning. Only me and another car in waiting spot in drive thru. Parked and brought food in. Amy the manager seemed flustered and blamed her confusion on the car ahead of me because they had 2 different orders in the same vehicle. She took the food that I had already handled and walked it outside and handed it to them. I had to wait for mine which is OK.

Terrible customer service, I got my order and realized one of my drinks were both large and I got a medium I tried to tell her I order both large meals and she didn’t want to listen to me and what I was saying and she preceded to tell me it would cost more for a large drink and then when she brought the rest of our order out I handed her my receipt to show her that I paid for a large and she instantly got and attitude and was very rude about having to fix the mistake she made and when she brought it she preceded to make a very smart and impolite comment using foul language. So I Went in to talk to someone about the interaction and everyone in there had very poor customer service and attitudes . So I came here to make a review and also sent emails to corporate just so disgusted I worked in fast (McDonalds) actually and never ever talked to anyone the way I was talked to tonight by employees at this McDonalds location

I paid $4 for a Carmel Sunday, right? And I got 90% Carmel and 10% ice cream. My cup was half filled with ice cream. There was like no ice cream in it. RIP OFF. I normally come here twice a day and would recommend it. But today I was really hungry for some ice cream and I got this, C'MON NOW! Do better McDonald's.

Haven’t had fish in many years and tried today. It was awful. The bun and fish was smaller. The fish inside was thinner and dry. Always thought Mc Donald’s had great fish but never again.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this McDonalds deserved a positive one! Food service was quick and the staff were so friendly! The staff went above and beyond to ensure the high chairs and tables were clean. Constantly helping others for a positive experience. I even heard positive remarks from a supervisor to the kitchen workers that they too were doing a great job! Keep it up, you are making a difference!
