I don’t usually write reviews, but this McDonalds deserved a positive one! Food service was quick and the staff were so friendly! The staff went above and beyond to ensure the high chairs and tables were clean. Constantly helping others for a positive experience. I even heard positive remarks from a supervisor to the kitchen workers that they too were doing a great job! Keep it up, you are making a difference!
Wow! I love this location on South FEDERAL point Angie and her team do such a nice job!! Everyone is friendly the food is hot and fresh even late at night. I travel for a living and whenever I am in north, Iowa, I always make a point to stop into this location. I’m a late night driver, so I need coffee and it’s always fresh no matter what time of day. Even on Mother’s Day, when lots of people are off work, the staff was kind and friendly. ??
Great location for a McDonald’s on the South end of Mason City, IA. I got a 6pc Chicken Nuggets (which I got for free because of a deal from McDonald’s Rewards + a Double Cheeseburger (plain)), a Medium Coffee which was reasonably priced at 1.59 (20 cents cheaper than a Casey’s small) but the coffee was great quality for the price point, and a Bacon Quarter Pounder with Cheese. The store was very clean. The staff were nice and friendly. Usually, this location is very fast...
