Surprisingly awesome Thai food in the mall. It's run by a husband and wife. The food is prepared right in front of you. It's much better than the other Thai place in town.

Great place with quick service. They let my daughter watch as they cooked our food and offered her a cookie!

Don't let the empty mall scare you off. This out of towner really enjoyed the pad Thai. Smells so good, made fresh and hot. Hasn't been sitting under heat lamps. Quick, inexpensive, good service, and really delicious.

Was visiting Iowa from NYC. Had their beef basif fried rice and it was one of the best. Very flavorful and what I loved the most is that they use ground beef, so you are getting beef in every bite.

Great food, quick service. Drinks limited to pop and water. Mall smells like cleaning products and is mostly empty. Good value

After moving to this part of Iowa 2 years ago, we have struggled to find a good Chinese takeout. I jumped on Yelp to see what was in the area near me, and this place came up. We drove the 30 moles into Mason City and saw this was in the mall. I was skeptical because the mall only has a sports bar, nail salon, a Claire's, and a jewelry store, and that's about it. We wandered down to what had been the old food court and found this quaint little place. The food smelled good, so we placed our order. It was a big order for 7 so we had to wait. While we waited, they offered us some hot and sour soup. Omg this soup was amazing!! It was so good that even after spending $120, I spent $10 to get 2 orders of soup. While we waited for our food, there was a constant line of people coming in this defunct little food court to place their order. When I got home and finally got to eat, I knew why. My dinner was so good. I had the beef with vegetables. Very tasty with a nice brown sauce. Other dishes in our order were: mango fried rice, orange chicken, angry dish, sesame chicken, shrimp friend rice, egg rolls, crab Rangoon, winter shrimp, basil wings. All very, very good. This is a family run restaurant. The father and mother do the cooking, and the daughter works there and helps too. This is the kind of food we always hope to find.We will be back for sure!!

A hidden gem in Northern Central Iowa. Very lucky to have this place. All the flavor, huge portions, lovely couple running the show. Highly recommend!

Love this place. Food is great, portions are more then enough, the owner is very friendly and does much of the work himself. This is one of those hidden gems!
