Hello Mason city, I'd like to point out that my past visit to Pancheros did not go so well. I went there with my mother at around 2:15-2:30 pm, and we were greated with the nicest workers, and all was going good until the manager came out. We had seen her previously overviewing a new employee. And he was a nice guy talkative and just had a good vibe. He made a mistake on an order prior to us, and she called him to the back to "talk to him" and believe or not her...
Food is ok, usually the burritos end up lukewarm within minutes of being at the table, because it seems like the only thing they keep hot is the meat, but everything is seasoned well. Their famous Blue tortillas were broken in the bag, very few intact. Service staff act indifferent, like they could care less if they provide good service for customers. Dining room was relatively clean, but I saw at least 4 tables that needed to be cleaned in the dining area.
The best burritos ever known to man are made in this glorious place. Will always go here whenever I'm able and highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stop and grub out.
