First time eating here was fantastic. Bone In wings we had were smoked with BBQ Peach sauce—amazing! BRISKET was the best I ever had. What they do to the chicken strips, I don’t know, but I will be getting them next time and bringing more people with me. Service was patience and attentive. The hood under the cooking area looked clean and the other employees looked happy to be there, too. Overall 10 out 10.

Enjoyed a meal catered by RibCrib last night. Absolutely delicious! Served outside on a cool windy evening, but the food was the perfect temp! So good! Highly recommend and can't wait to experience their restaurant!

Usually pretty loud here. Unless it’s super busy, service time is really good, and food arrives in a timely manner. While I haven’t had everything on their menu, the items I usually order are tasty and always delivered hot/warm.

My wife and I just had our wedding and had Rib Crib cater. The food was great, everyone had plenty of food! The manager in charge of the catering was outstanding with communication, and helped us a lot. Over all, great experience and would definitely recommend this restaurant.

For a truck that advertises customer service being a priority, this is not the truth. Food is pretty good but I cannot give it a solid review because we ate our food cold! We waited for 40 minutes for our food, only to find out that they had “called our number” and they they had been calling everyone’s number inside the brewery. Not true. This is not a true statement. We actually stayed and watched to see if anyone ever called numbers inside. Nope! If you’re going to order, plan on standing by The truck and asking them periodically if your order is ready or you’ll miss it. When we challenged them on this they really had no desire to hear us, or even offer to fix the issue.

Probably about the most not greatest bbq I've ever had. Very disappointing after a long day working and the first meal we have in Mason City. Our server seemed like he just wanted us to leave already.. A pricey meal for not good anything. Don't recommend.
