The theme of this store is we don't have that either. Whoever manages this store is very incompetent. Whoever owns this store loses out on a lot of money because they can't figure out the basics of running a business. Supply the customer.

I came through the drive thru today spent $45 for my drinks to be made wrong. The hot vanilla latte was iced. The caramelicious was supposed to have cold foam (which I paid for) and the infusions were wrong. Brought it to the barista at the window and she acted annoyed that I said something. Got the drinks back for the caramelicious to be a vanilla iced latte with no flavor in the cold foam and the caramel apple infusions having no caramel in them at all. The bacon sliders were also burnt. Very disappointing as I used to manage a Scooters and have loved the coffee there.

Purple Talk

The Mason City Scooters use to be great but it has fell off so hard. The food is always unavailable because it’s frozen, they have a new staff every visit, and once they made me and my husband blended drinks with just ice and unsweetened coffee.

Ordered a cappuccino, got an Americano and she claimed it was a capp. Another person kindly took it back, said she make a capp, still got an Americano/ latte. Pretty sure they don't know what cappuccino is, or no how to make coffee

The girls had horrible attitudes and the girl who was serving us was just plain rude. Miss girl literally rolled her eyes when asked for a drink carrier, like I guess clock it, but like still. I’m not the one who even bought the coffee, girl was just plain rude. Honestly I will not be indulging if there attitude continues to be this horrible.

Only Wanted a fruit smoothie for my child in the kids meal. Manager refused to cooperate and tried to tell me that cotton candy drink was the same as a mango fruit smoothie. Horrible attitude and undervalued as a customer. Coralville and Des Moines locations are WAY BETTER.

I was very dissatisfied. I paid $15 for two very horrible drinks that tasted of mostly ice and chocolate drizzle. I ordered a peanut butter cruncher and could taste no peanut butter . Ordered a s’mores blender and tasted nothing but coffee of which I asked to not have in the drink. I am so disappointed
