So I've probably stopped here 30 times because It is convient but I'd much rather buy a half gallon in the store and save money . Im just a coffee person though,im sure the pumpkin spice latte might be something better to write about but I just drink coffee

I ordered this with LIGHT ICE, and they must have thought that was a joke and filled it over half with ice. And to top it off, the drink was not even filled to the top. Horrible experience.

I HAVE to point out that this store was extremely busy both lobby and drive thru, and they made my drink correctly and carefully. Often times at other stores I’ve ran into problems with my drink not tasting right because it was rushed. They did amazing.

I’ve never had an issue going to this Starbucks my whole life but today when I went through the drive through I was charged extra then what it would be online, when explaining this and asked why was going on I was told it was because tax but as shown below the tax was added she then proceeded to tell me I wasn’t being charged for pumpkin sauce on my online but that was charged as well being I go here a lot I’m kind of upset I was charged extra and when asked about it was still charged the difference more.

Several of the girls that work at drive thru here have an attitude, the one with the green hair especially always has a dirty look on her face like you're annoying her. If you have time go to the one inside Target instead they are always really friendly.

Those is the only Starbucks I have ever been to that sets their store hours in how they feel that day. They are always out of basic items to fulfill an order. How does the owner of this store not fire the manager.
Stopped on our way through Rochester, ordered an English Breakfast tea to go. Miles down the road discovered it’s Earl Grey, my most unfavorite. If you’re out of something, please be honest!!

I walked in with the intention to get a coffee and do a few quick things online. I had a hard time getting the attention of the barista as they were very busy working on the drive thru orders. When someone finally helped me I decided to just get my coffee beans and leave. The seating area was clean and comfortable so that is good. They were so busy with drive thru orders so I decided to get a coffee somewhere else.

I'm doordasher and I been going there alot the girls would be very nice greet me and always asked who I was pickup and now they completely ignore me to even ask another dasher that came in later and made wait. I wasn't going to post anything but since they are keep doing now I will .. They pick and chose who they take orders from or help. I loved going there and dashing but know I'm not sure if I'm willing to help out with their business.
