I was fond of this location. The baristas were always friendly and there was a least one young lady there who would remember me and get my drinks ready when I walked in without saying a word. It was nice. Then yesterday I go in to pick up a mobile order like usual and the vibe was different. I stood there waiting while they made everyone's coffee but mine and I noticed them whispering to each other and disappearing into a back room. Then suddenly the cops show up. Apparently my wife was previously dissatisfied with her coffee and got into an altercation about it on the phone with one of them because they didn't want to make it right. One person was kept out of the loop on all of this... me. Suddenly I'm getting blind sided and escorted out by the police, saying I'm banned by association. Totally humiliating and none of them had the decency to say a word to me about any of it. Maybe I'm taking it too personally, but it's almost the same feeling as finding out a friend of yours doesn't really like you and they're too shady or cowardly to tell you, you only find out after they screw you over. I'm not just done with this location, I don't need Starbucks at all if that's how they treat loyal customers. There's plenty of Caribous around. Reading some of the other reviews, it sounds like the friendly atmosphere was just an act anyway and they have general disdain for their customers. It's unfortunate how people act these days. I was really disappointed by how I was treated. If they would have just told me what was going on, I would have left. Getting the police involved was completely unnecessary. The police were friendly at least and sympathized with me for being collateral damage. So I appreciate them anyway.

Love the place and the people. It’s a warm welcoming atmosphere with kind staff. Other than some drinks not being made right, it’s a great place to go for a quick drink/pick me up.

The baristas were very rude and taking crap about customers after they left in their head sets just because they accidentally spilt a drink and this family didn’t know english and tried to ask for help but they ignored.

$5.75 for barely any drink and just ice. Do better Starbucks and get nicer employees.

Parking: Parking is mostly open, although I do get the curb sometimes in the driveway for it is hard to turn.

I come in this store nearly daily for Door Dash and the employees NEVER greet me nor do they greet any other customer from what I have observed. I have waited nearly 5 min to have anyone even acknowledge my presence as I am standing at the cash register as several employees are walking past me or are right on the other side of the counter mixing a drink, they obviously know that I am there yet they refuse to even greet the customers and say something like "Hi, someone will be right with you..." I have worked in customer service in different types of restaurants, retail, fast food etc for decades and I have NEVER experienced such a rude and uninviting atmosphere. I would NEVER come to this store for my personal orders. I would definitely go to the one in Hyvee.

This store is always out of something. Staff seem too busy to smile and greet customers. I usually order the exact same drink, and every time it's different. Usually SO WATERED DOWN, there's no flavor. "Light ice, please," is a request no one seems to understand. $6 bucks for ice water with lots of ice is a not what I ordered. Why can't they be consistent with their mixes? Why do they water down the fruity drinks? Why can't they understand I don't want a lot of ice? Ugh.

****Owner - thanks for the response. However, I've already given my 'details' in this review. Seriously.****

Starbucks needs to teach their employees at this location how to put on drink lids. I know it’s hard. Making sure the lid is securely pressed down on the cup so the drink doesn’t spill on the customers takes practice. But, with a little bit of hard work and dedication, maybe they can learn to properly put on those drink lids. Needless to say, this happened to me. And the attitudes were less than apologetic. Customers don’t expect much these days. Wrong orders. Missing items. Bad attitudes. We’ve sort of accepted that it comes with the territory. All we ask is that employees don’t go below those expectations.

Poor customer service— employees typically aren’t friendly. Usually out of several items. Every time I order an iced London Fog Tea Latte through the app for drive-thru pick up they complain— maybe it shouldn’t be an option to order through the app if it’s such an inconvenient drink to prepare?!

Used the drive thru to pick up a mobile order. Service was relatively quick even with 4 cars ahead of me.
