I walked in with the intention to get a coffee and do a few quick things online. I had a hard time getting the attention of the barista as they were very busy working on the drive thru orders. When someone finally helped me I decided to just get my coffee beans and leave. The seating area was clean and comfortable so that is good. They were so busy with drive thru orders so I decided to get a coffee somewhere else.
Would have gave service a 5 star but the young girls were not really business friendly. Just a little hello. We will be right with you just kind of stood there waiting to order. Wasn't mean or anything.
My drink was good and so was the customer service. The only thing is you guys need new cups or new lids for the hot drinks because mine too came off when I was picking it up. The lid came off and drink almost split on. I don’t think anyone wants a hot beverage to spill on them
