This was a pit stop on our way home from the hospital, and BOY were we happy with our experience. I had the Cuban and my partner had the Michigan Avenue. Both were delicious, made quickly, and served in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. We will definitely try it again if we come back.

Excellent! Numerous sandwich options - definitely try their special sandwich creations - the raspberry chipotle sauce that they use is sweet with a bit of heat! I went with the Cuban - they definitely have it perfected - Cuban bread, pulled pork, ham, cheese, and pickles! For side choices you can have pasta salad, mac salad, coleslaw, 3 bean, chips. The salad sides are fairly small (three bites), Service is friendly and quick! We had our food to our table in less than 10 minutes!

State street deli is definitely a recommended spot. The staff was friendly, helpful, and they got the food out quickly. Knowing that we wanted to share our food they brought it on different plates with 2 pickle spears. Food was made with high quality ingredients and taste was really nice. The cupcake was fun. Decor was a fun and friendly atmosphere. I will definitely be returning! Thank you

A really good deli in Mason City, IA! The sandwiches are great...the sides are not as good, but still good...and really small.Today I tried the Cuban, which was good, but not an authentic Cuban like you would expect if you have eaten Cubans in Florida/Miami, etc. Still, a really good take on the sandwich and I would definitely order it again!The staff is very friendly and the service is super fast! For a great deli sandwich, this is the place to check out in Mason City!

They serve a wonderful variety of hot and cold sandwiches with classic, home made deli side dishes. The Reuben is the best I've ever had. The service is quick and friendly. For a fresh lunch at a good value in Mason City, this is your place. If I lived in the area, I'd be dining here every week.
