I went there with my family yesterday and wanted too try some new salsa they had and the lady told me it's not free it was 20 cents when do food places start charging for those packets and the food wasn't even that great

Waited in the drive-through for over 30 minutes. The lady at the window literally didn't say a word throughout the transaction, and my order was completely wrong. And what I did get hardly had any meat on it.

I originally had a few problems with missing food items but Sam was able to get back to me pretty fast about making it right and we resolved the issue. Food is made very well, never had any problems with it being made wrong or not to standards. Favorite place to go.

Sat in the drive through for over 20 minutes for three items: finally got home to eat it and not a single item was correct; nacho fries were the wrong size (absolutely tiny) they forgot my nacho cheese. The empanada was micro-scopic and cold; and my burrito didn’t have a single one of the additions that made it cost almost double. Absolutely horrid service will not be returning

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to whoever was working August 30th 1:10pm should all be fired. the customer service from everyone was terrible I had employees blatantly ignore me when they missed my drinks and when I did finally get an employee he was very rude your better off going to Culver’s down the street.

Ordered online pick up and someone besides me picked it up. After waiting 15 minutes to confirm the order had been taken I was then ordered to provide a receipt for the food, which was fine. Then I remarked how crazy it was that someone could just come pick up my food but I had to provide a receipt. I was then regarded as a hostile customer and given company lines about policy and I got confused and kept saying either a refund or or the food is all I want and that brought out the manager full bull dog mode, mansplaining how I was being rude for being confused and re iterating what I wanted to the relevant staff. I wont eat here again and ill encourage everyone I meet to not eat here as well since customer service is out and gas lighting and being an indecent person is in.
