I just have to say that Krystal the GM is amazing and super sweet!! She helped us with our order, it came out fresh and hot. It didn’t even take that long to get our order, this was by far the best experience I’ve had.

First of all let me say fast food places are not the same anymore, I came to Taco Bell order my food it took 25 minutes just for 4 taco and a pizza not to mention paid to make those taco supreme just not to get supreme , and my Chalupa’s were hard like a rock.

We were missing half of our order, which included a burrito and 2 quesadillas. Instead of calling us and saying they weren't available, they just sent out only half of the order. When we called, they said truck hadn't come yet, which doesn't change the fact that we were still charged for an incomplete order. We were refunded through Door Dash, but this is poor customer service. If the items are unavailable, they need to be temporarily taken off of the app.

Horrible just Horrible it took forever to order our food then when we did they asked our name so waited about 30 minutes for them to call out wrong name so grand daughter went up to ask heaviest manager if that was order 45 and she was extremely rude the food was cold and pop was flat.
