Today they’re swamped however they managed to make my two orders surpassed my expectations they’re like a well oiled machine how well they work together I was blown away by how quickly they put together not only my two orders but quite a few others. Well done.

For some reason after paying they ask you not to pull up to the next window until told to do so. I'm guessing it's a way to prevent more than 2 orders being placed at the drive-thru at any one time.

Mason city’s Taco John’s has really stepped up their game, always a friendly atmosphere when I visit. Also they have Dirty sodas now & everyone I’ve tried has been so tasty!!

OLES TASTED LIKE THEY WERE HEATED AGAIN (STALE) AFTER THEY EXPIRED. FOOD WAS HORRIBLE. I HADNT HAD TACO JOHNS IN LIKE 5 YEARS AND I REGRET IT. GO TO HARDEES MUCH BETTER AND FRESH FOOD. WASTED $16.23 ON GARBAGE.

Prices have gone a little out of control. 6-pack and a pound is now $18.... The staff was friendly.
There were so many problems that lead up to poor service. I'm not getting into all of it. Online order was not in system for one!

Order at the drive thru. There were 3 cars ahead of us. We never moved for 7 minutes. So we left. $20 lost business. Fast food... needs to be quicker at 6pm.
