I wanted to dine at this restaurant a few times before leaving my thoughts.

-The ordering process. Everything is ordered online, then your food is brought out by a runner. There were no wait staff, yet we were prompted to tip. There were no options to customize our pizza. We had to ask the bartender to ask the kitchen if they could.

-Price. The price is high for the area considering there are not a lot of toppings compared to pizza elsewhere - the prices are New York City prices, not Mason City prices. The salad bar isn't worth what they're asking at all. When ordering a pie, you should get a discount on a plate of salad like you can at other restaurants.

-The pizza. It's tasty and as close to New York style pizza as you'll find in the area, so there's that.

-The setting. The Corner seems to be trying to be a sit down establishment while operating like an "order at the window" place. It doesn't jive, for me. I do like the vibe of the restaurant itself, but the seats are really uncomfortable, and the place is freezing (there are garage doors in the front, and i's drafty even with them closed. I had to wear my coat while eating). I did like the information provided in the women's bathroom about letting the bartender know if you felt unsafe with your date and you wanted them to call a cab for you, and I liked how there was a board where people could grab a pre-paid slip for a slice if they couldn't afford one. It's well meant.

Walked in and ordered a big slice of pizza with white sauce and a drink. The pizza was delicious and I loved the crust. Look forward to my next visit.

What great pizza!!!! Love having New York Style pizza for a change of pace from local pizzas (NY was new to us) . Thin crispy crust that is just a bit charred like wood fired oven pizzas. Yum! Not drowning in sauce and toppings is such a fun change. I really love a good, deep crust pizza, yet this is a delightfully different experience. We loved that we could buy by the slice!!! The White Pie is so unique in our area (Southern Minnesota/ Northern Iowa). May be my favorite slice of pizza ever. No, I do not know anyone at the place. Just traveling through and am now a true fan. Staff was great, attentive, and even made a fresh pizza just for me even though I only wanted a slice. We are definitely coming back.

10/10 every time! They always have a fun flavor of Hard Cider for me to try and a beer for my guy! We love a classic cheese but have tried others and love them too. We also highly recommend the Corner Bites. Today we got the chance of having a S’more’s pizza slice which was also delicious. We are so sad my fiancé is done with college and will be moving back to Minnesota so we can’t have it as often, but we will be back, just for The Corner! Thank you.

I don't live here. I don't want to live here. I'm never gonna live here again stop asking Tammy we broke up in 2001 and I haven't spoke to your mom for like 13 months. We are done. I'm tired of the drama. But let's get to brass fax, I eat lotsa pizza. Too much and not enough because there's never enough and when they say I've had enough, I snap back and the fangs unsheathe from my venom filled glands and I keep eating pizza. Without a doubt and assuredly, I can say this is the best pizza I've had this year.

Pizza is good, New York style isn't my favorite, I like wood fired thin and crispy. Even with the crust not being crispy it was very good! I'll definitely be back!
