Our families have met here annually for our holiday celebrations for several years. The Quarry is so accommodating to our visit that it allows us to really enjoy our time together, while enjoying their delicious food. Service was once again so wonderful! Thank you to the folks at The Quarry!!

3 STARS - Just to post my review - I didnt dine here.

You better call the restaurant especially in winter before going there. I went there yesterday at 8:25 PM but the kitchen was already closed. I totally understand but giving heads up.

There were 5 of us and only spot was a back room. Not much atmosphere here. Could only order through QR code which was okay but annoying because could not see full menu all at once. Our waitress was fine but a little slow. She could have been more attentive. The food was okay but overpriced. The most annoying item was the charge. A discount for cash was uncalled for. The bill had a discount for cash. Totally wrong!

Visiting Mason City, Iowa to stay at the Frank Lloyd Wright designed hotel, The Historic Park Inn Hotel, people kept recommending we eat at The Quarry, which is right next to the hotel. It was the best restaurant we've eaten at all year. Every dish we ordered was amazing...the crab bisque soup, the lamb, the filet mignon with king crab on top, the autumn salad. Service was good, too. Highly recommended. I can't wait to go back.

Every dish we had was wonderful! The Harvest salad was the best salad I’ve ever eaten. My husband had the Braised Pork, and I had the Filet Mignon and Pear/Fig Salad. We sat on the patio. The weather was perfect. The service was 5 Star. This was the best meal, best service, best atmosphere we’ve had in a very long time.

Meh. The cook screwed me over. Or it was the bartender that blamed the cook, who knows. Its a little unassuming on the inside but the patio looks like a great place to enjoy a meal with visiting family or friends

Arrived with a party of seven. Waitress was awesome. We waited for our food longer than what I consider normal and the waitress acknowledged that with apologies. When the food finally came, those who didn’t order steaks were mildly satisfied, but those of us that ordered steaks were very disappointed. I could cook a better steak on a frying pan. Absolutely unacceptable for the price. I’m 65 years old and eat out often. This was the first time in my life that I had to take my steak home. I don’t know what to do with it other than throw it away. It’s like leather. After a very long wait, my daughter was finally able to speak to the manager about it. OK was the response she received. Our bill was over $400.00. You’d think that would deserve an apology. We weren’t looking for a reduction in our bill. Never going back

Was there last saturday. One of the best restaurant experiences in recent memory, hard to believe I was still in mason city. Not only was the food incredible but the service was also good. When I missed the added gratuity for a large party size, which is a policy I am fine with, and tried to leave a cash tip the server was very honest and corrected me instead of just taking the money.
