This family owned place should have 10 stars. The service was friendly, the scones were perfect, and the coffee was awesome! We got an assorted of all 4 available scones. It was lovely to see all the plants and propogation going on as I am new to enjoying the wonders of gardening and houseplants. My Mum got a regular coffee with cream and sugar and I had their Spring special, a “nutty Irishman” and it was really good. We highly recommend this place. If you find yourself in Mason City, but sure to add this place to your schedule during your visit.

I had a delicious cookie as did my friend, and then had a blueberry cold brew that was excellent. Friend had a latte I believe, it was also good.Beautiful place with plants all over. Loved it! The literal only thing (aside from the creepy political signs across the street) that wasn't nice about this spot, was the modern country music playing.

The main item I get from Three on a Tree is their breve coffee. It is delicious- smooth, creamy and piping hot! I have ordered the same beverage elsewhere and there was no comparison. I think I’m hooked!! Service is great and the coffee shop is beautiful and relaxing. Love this place!

This place is amazing!! The coffee is top notch and the baked goods are to die for! The service is 2nd to none. We hadn’t been here for months and he remembered us, what we like to drink and that my wife likes cream in her coffee! Check this place out, you won’t be disappointed!! ?
Had a great experience with getting a custom cupcake order done! From ordering to completion I received excellent service! It was a cute frog design and they did a wonderful job! The cupcakes were a delicious hit and everyone loved them!
